On 12.23.21, the day before a holiday (Christmas Eve) I brought my A4 in for a scheduled inspection and 50,000 mile service. Raymond Elsworth and the rest of the service team were, once again, remarkable! The service model at this dealership is wonderfully talented; they set the bar for excellent service. I've been in and out of many car dealerships with many different vehicles, but the service department at Audi Northlake is the best I've experienced. Everyone I encountered was professional and provided the service you would expect from a luxury auto brand. The video explaining the recommendations for my car is next level customer service. Highly recommend!

I have to say this was the best experience ever buying a car. As an Audi fan and encyclopedia of everything automotive, I found Mark Johnson's professionalism, knowledge, and integrity unmatched in all my years of buying cars. Too big to serve customer and care

Too big to serve the customer and care. I drove 2.5 hours to view a used car to learn upon my arrival that the car had been sold the day before. I scheduled the viewing two days prior to my arrival and I made sure the salesperson knew that I was traveling and asked to be notified if the car had sold to avoid making an unnecessary trip. Additionally I called on the morning of the viewing to verify my viewing and all was set except I was switched to a new salesperson. I arrived the morning to view the car and after about 30 minutes another salesman came out and indicated that he was sorry that it had been sold the day before. As a consolation the salesman did offer refreshments and briefly did look at his inventory for another car similar to the one that I was interested in but really didn't care that I had made the trip for nothing. I don't think the dealership attempted to atone for the blunder. I understand that cars are sold on a first come first served basis and did not have a problem with that but I did not feel that the matter was handled correctly by the dealership.

What an amazing experience we had at Audi Northlake. The process was smooth and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time. We were not planning to purchase a vehicle but they were able to upgrade us from our old A5 and get us into a brand new Q5 with the payments near the same. Glad we came in for our service!
