We had an amazing experience at this Sewell dealership. Justin was our sales agent, and he is THE reason we ended up buying our car there. It was a very refreshing experience compared to the other dealerships we’ve visited where before speaking to anyone we had to sign in and get stuck with someone who want you to buy a car right on the spot. Justin was very knowledgeable of all the cars, he was personable and made us feel relaxed. We weren’t sure which model we wanted or to buy new/used. He would pull numbers and photos for every option. His attention to detail made us confident on making our purchase. Also the Sewell experience is amazing, as well as all the perks that come with being a Sewell customer. I am confident that my husband and I will be Sewell Audi customers for life.

Best purchasing experience ever
WOW-WOW-WOW…. Hands down the absolute best all around new car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever experienced! Our salesman Connor Lenamond was exceptional. Most finance paperwork done online and final signing at the dealership was quick and easy. Vehicle detailed nicely, full tank of gas, and all features explained and set up for us.

Absolutely amazing experience with Audi North Houston. Very smooth experience. Exemplary service from Barett Cliett who was extremely professional and courteous to work with. Would highly recommend the dealership and especially Barett for purchases. Everyone else was very nice to work with as well.
Very odd and unsatisfactory
At first, this seemed to be a very nice place to buy my vehicle. Then they came to me with, what I feel, as a very low-ball appraisement of my trade-in, which was a late model, in high demand and in excellent condition. There was no negotiating at all. Just... this is it, buy it or don't, ... and goodbye. I have an excellent credit rating, so that wasn't a problem. They were just so lax in selling. They were not busy that day at all. I was the only one in the showroom. Like they didn't care if I bought from them. Hmmmm.... Not going back if that's the way they do business. So cold! So uncaring! ...and they want high dollar for their vehicle, but don't want to give you squat for your trade-in. Not happening here.

Service and quality control have certainly deteriorated. We had been pleased with them 4 or 5 years ago and have purchased 2 new vehicles with them. Things have changed though. They damaged my car (Audi A6) a few years ago and we went through a lot of time and energy to get it fixed. We purchased a brand new Audi Q7 with them two years ago and they delivered it to us damaged. They replaced the Q7. Now 2 years later I took my wife's Q7 in for regular maintenance in early December. The car was in mint condition. They damaged the car again just like had been the case with mine with a scratch all the way through the paint into the metal. I reported it to the head of service and he promised to call back.. I never heard from him again. Audi's are great but we'll never buy from Sewell again. We've purchased extended maintenance plans and we absolutely do not want to leave our cars in their possession ever again.
Thieves.They drained or replaced the battery on my car...
Thieves. They drained or replaced the battery on my car during a routine service and said they found an issue with the battery and asked me to pay for a new battery. There was no issue with the battery until the moment of the service. The day after the service the battery was dead. On the same service they said the windshield wiper needed replacement for some hundreds of dollars when I had replaced it myself just a few weeks before. On a previous service they put less oil because just a few days after, the car signaled low oil level. This company should be sued and put out of business for theft.

Bret and Mark went above and beyond to help us purchase a car for our daughter. They even brought the car to us to test drive when our busy schedules wouldn’t allow for time to make it to the dealer.
