Sales man was very arrogant and kicked us out of the store after we decided not to buy the used suv he was pitching. Wanted to look at sedans afterwards but salesman said he didn't have time to entertain us.

trouble receiving plates to car going on 150 days

Bought r8 back in Sep,have not receive plates yet going on 5 months will not be buying any cars from them in future spoke to salesman and front desk twice back in late Nov. still havent got plates. disappointed in the handling of the issue no call backs on messages left .

We brought our S5 in for a check engine light. Upon our arrival we met Becca she handles the loaners. We asked Becca if she could please help us out. She went above and beyond to make sure we left with a loaner and we are forever grateful. She listened to us and made the transaction seamless and effortless! Excellent Customer Service every time i come in for maintenance. It never matters what advisor we get they are all attentive. The work schedule they have for the service team is amazing.

Complete and consistent incompetence from the service department. Purchased the maintenance plan in 2019 and it was the biggest mistake of our lives. Today was the worst example of the horrible service they provide. Took the vehicle in at 9am for a scheduled oil change (made the appt 3+ weeks ago). Did not receive any updates from them, so at 5:30 pm - we called. They said they MAY get to it tomorrow afternoon. For an oil change. They are keeping our vehicle for 2 days without a loaner and did not even have the courtesy to let us know. They did not offer any apologies or provide us alternate transportation for the 2 days it takes them to change the oil. This is not the first time they have showed this behavior, usually it takes about 10-12 hrs for them to do an oil change - but not overnight. Buyer beware - do not purchase or service your vehicle here. They lack any idea of customer service. We will never buy a vehicle from this group of dealers again.

Corbin was great he helped in anyway he could and very unhappy appreciated their attentiveness. The manager Rick got me some lunch while I waited for my vehicle to get detailed and that is what sets this place apart.

DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a Range Rover from them 2 months back and from the moment of sale closure, I had to follow up with them multiple multiple times for every single thing. My temporary registration is expiring in 2 days and am still following up with them to get my license plate. Tanner who was the sales rep was responding in less than 1 min before the sale was done and now he doesn't even care to respond. Stacy from their finance team is another night mare to deal with as she is always busy. Looks like the Store manager needs to take these reviews seriously.
