Bought a CPO Q7 on February 27, 2022, for my wife.
Bought a CPO Q7 on February 27, 2022, for my wife. Today is April 11, 2022 and 2 things havent happened. I have not received any CPO paperwork except for an inspection checklist on a sedan automobile form that i had to request on March 18, 2022. The second problem is my temporary tag expires this Friday April 15, 2022, and I can't get any response from the finance department for help in checking on the tag. My wife is to have surgery Friday and I won't hace time to run around and solve this problem after the next couple of days. I also can't get any help from my salesperson because they are no longer there. This seems to be the perfect storm of inefficiencies within this organization. At this point I wouldn't recommend this dealer. Perhaps the GM will change my mind when I make that call today. Frustration mounts.

I was ready to sign a deal for a very slightly used S4, but when I got the papers, they had tacked on over $10,000 worth of useless extras I had neither requested, nor desired. I'd spent many weeks looking for exactly what I wanted, and they messed up the deal by trying to rip me off. Stay away from these sharks.

Nick was my sales consultant, Corie was the sales manager, and Amber & Avery were my finance managers. I did do some shopping around before deciding on purchasing at a location; I chose Audi North Atlanta due to the quick communication, honesty, updates, and the best price (of course). I have had 2 Audi’s and have my Car serviced there. No issue with service department In the market potentially to upgrade my A6 to a Q8. Business must be fantastic because I have had 2 people respond to initial online request but no one follows up with pricing at all. May take my business somewhere else. I should not have to chase them around

I had a poor experience with this dealership/service center when I owned my last car. I purposely chose to purchase and service my new Car through the Marietta location even though I live in Roswell. I was looking to save some time and figured I would try Roswell again, big mistake. I booked my appointment online and requested a loaner. I received confirmation text shortly thereafter. When I went to drop off my car, one of the first things the rep told me was that they didn't have any loaners to which I replied it would have nice to know that before I arrived. He then proceeded to tell me they don't usually give loaners for these types of services anyways, like a customer should know their internal policies. The fact is if I had known prior to arrival I could have made other arrangements. They had my phone and email, it wouldn't have take more than a minute to let me know ahead of time. He then suggested Enterprise was opening and I said forget it, this isn't going to work and left. Long story short, I will not be returning to this dealership and recommend using a different location.

Chris is fantastic. I had service being done on my A4 and reached out to him about upgrading to an A5 cabriolet. the whole deal was worked out before I even arrived for service. On top of that I decided to upgrade even further and they went through leaps and bounds to get me into the car I wanted.
