After a few bumps in the road with my vehicle, I finally came into contact with Steve Bylis at Audi of Brooklyn. Steve was attentive and actually showed that he cared about my vehicle. It was personable and had great customer service skills. I will be happy to return to Steve in the future.

I have had many issues with Audi Brooklyn Service in the past. But this week is truly embarrassing. I had a check engine light issue - the earliest available appointment was a month out. So I wait a month for the appointment, drop off the car yesterday morning and today I get a call saying, we probably won't look at it until after the weekend. SO WHY DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, FOR THE CAR TO SIT IN THEIR GARAGE?

Mark Nepomnyashchiy was great to work with and make the transaction smooth. He was very attentive and responsive to all calls,text and emails. He kept me update since the beginning to the end once my q7 arrived into the lot. He is also very knowledgeable on the audi brand and made it very comfortable for me and my wife to work with him. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new Audi.

YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR MORON CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY THAT WORKED THIS MORNING 9/1/2021. He decided to jump in front of my car while i was going 30 mph just so his dumb xxx audi could back up. Let me tell you: I will have you xxxxxxx on dash cam next time and if you decide to go against the right of way/ rules of the road when I am going down this block I will not hesitate to sue the crap out of you. This was a potential fatal accident where my SUV could have killed one of your service idiots, or you could have backed your car into the ROAD WHILE I HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY.

My Audi Q7 was brought in November of 2020 for a unusual noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The noise was consistent and easily replicated, after brining the vehicle in to find what the issue was I was informed that it was due to a small ring of rust that had formed on my rotators and it was recommended to replace them. This explanation didn’t sit well with me because the noise was present while driving and the breaks were not in use. Now I was informed by the service advisor and the service manager that the vehicle was inspected throughly and that the rust is the only issue the service tech noticed. So not being satisfied of that explanation I brought my vehicle to another service center, long behold the service tech within 10min found a broken spring that attaches to the control rod In the area I mentioned the noise was coming from. This was a complete lack of either experience or knowledge on the tech or just no care in the world. Yet again this incident has proven once again Audi of Brooklyn is not the place to bring your vehicle.

Mike made sure that I walked out of the showroom with the vehicle and price that I wanted. I couldn't be more happy with him and with the purchase of my Audi.

Very attentive to my needs, made buying process very simple. I had to drive in from Pennsylvania and back home the same day. They had the car ready and salesman was very easy to work with, even though we had issues with my insurance company.

Mark Nepomnyashchiy did a great job through the entire process, and was very respectful of my schedule. He even drove my new car to office an hour away, and drove back with my trade in. This is my 7th Audi purchase and it was the smoothest deal of them all.
