EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE SALESMAN, CAMERON QUINLAN. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND THE DIFFERENCES/IMPROVEMENTS FROM MY PREVIOUS AUDI 2010 A5. NO NONSENSE AND WITHIN 90 MINUTES HAD COMPLETED A TEST DRIVE AND SETTLED ON A PURCHASE PRICE. BY FAR MY BEST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE.

Recently my Audi TT battery died. Since I was close by I decided to take it in to Audi Albany. The battery itself cost $176 but the shock came when I received the final invoice. It showed that it took 44 minutes from the time the repair order was opened until the car was ready yet I was charged $325.50 for 2.1 hours of labor and with tax my total bill came to $541.62 for a battery replacement. When I first questioned the invoice I was told that multiple people worked on the replacement at the same time. I found this hard to believe. When I questioned an Audi corporate representative I was told that dealers can set their own prices and fix labor times regardless of how long something takes. Keep this in mind as you consider purchasing an Audi and then bringing it in for service. You may be charged close to three times the actual time something takes.

We were very lucky to connect up with Audi Albany and Joe Cassia. We had been looking with some difficulty to replace our Red 2006 Lexus IS250 with a car that had all the up to date safety features and would provide good visibility and easy entrance (no SUV) for my wife who is less than five feet tall. Joe found us an Audi A4 Prestige in Red with Black Interior and Sports Seats (that helped a lot), a perfect fit, and it even happened to be on the dealers lot. He jokes it is the only one like it within 500 miles, and he is probably right. The purchase went smoothly. Joe spent parts of two afternoons to demonstrate/drive and familiarize us with the car and its safety features. He evidently knows the car very well. All in all we are quite pleased with our purchase and we would recommend Audi Albany to our friends.

Taking my Audi A6 in for its first service was a breeze. Stacey, the Service Manager and Angie the Service Advisor greeted me with a warm welcome as I drove in and then they took it from there. The waiting area was warm and pleasant. Before I knew it, I had a text message informing me my service was completed. Highly recommended!
