Schedule Service Appointment / Recall
I received a recall notification for a minor repair on my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment online to have the repair taken care of. Since the car was going in for the appointment, I had requested another minor repair serviced. Both items were taken care of in an appropriate and rapid manner. I had requested a loaner and it was ready the moment I arrived. My service advisor met me at my vehicle as soon as I pulled into the garage bay and escorted my to his service desk to review the appointment details, then escorted me to the loaner car. I received a phone call later that afternoon stating the service to my car was completed and that I could swap vehicles anytime up to closing. Again, I pulled in with loaner, service advisor reviewed paperwork, and my vehicle was valeted to the door. Couldn't have gone any smoother at all. Extremely pleased!

It was a dark and stormy day
I'm old school with emphasis on the old. Therefore I've come to appreciate a certain level of service when it's provided and you may expect such service at Albany Audi. They not only have high quality and professional personnel but everyone I encountered actually listened to my needs. It was a service issue and a particularly rainy miserable day. My service writer John took care of everything. The service was scheduled, a loaner was provided, and most importantly he did the research and verified the repair was under my service contract. Oh happy day!

I had to bring my car in for an Audi recall. I was able to use a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Everything was done in a timely manner and the staff was very professional.

John provided excellent customer service. While I had only planned on bringing my car in for an oil change and a recall fix, and was slightly surprised to see such an expensive estimate for the 35k service, I received good service. John made it very quick and easy to secure a loaner vehicle. I was also impressed that it had an EZPass, as I had left mine in my car. While my car was ready y close of business, it would have taken me an extra 25 minutes or so to get to Audi, then an additional 25 minutes to get home. It was great to be able to pick up the following morning instead.
