I contacted them about a particular vehicle I was interested in buying and I asked them a legitimate question about the vehicle. Rather than answer my question they kept sending me emails asking questions about me. Had I known this is how they'd respond to me I never would've contacted them to begin with.

Attempted to buy a used Mercedes from this dealer from out of state. Agreed on price. Then, dealership would not return messages, slow to return messages, did not want to wait for a pre-inspected by a certified Mercedes mechanic (buyer was paying for it), would not let buyer pay cash in full before pick-up, would not take a deposit to reserve the car, spoke to multiple sales people including two managers who all gave different stories on why I could not get the vehicle. Questionable business practices and disrespectful over text messages.

I love this dealership. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is always clean and comfortable. My vehicle is always returned to me cleaner than it was when I brought it to the dealership.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and really enjoyed my visit there. They always make me feel at home. Very quick and reasonable.

Oil change was quick and they washed and vacuumed my car. I was there for only about an hour. I highly recommend this dealership and will always use them to service my car.

Regular Service visit, everything was done when promised and my vehicle was returned clean. The service associates were friendly and helpful, the facility was clean with amenities.
