Satisfied, with service.
I took my truck for oil change and showed up late there was no problem with that. and when I checked out they gave me a full detailed description of recommended services and service advisor aswered all my questions and concerns. The only thing not up to expectations was the brake fluid was not put up to level. But overal ok.
Repairs don't go here
My wife took our car in for oil change,they recommended front brakes to be changed, they said there is only 3mm left and she might not be able to make it home. I told her to take it to NAPA auto care ,they said we don't need it and they showed her and she took a picture. I wish I could post the pictures on here

Great Service!
I was driving my car, and my dashboard lit up with icons indicated I needed to go to the dealership. I pulled up to the service area, and before I got out of my car , I was greeted by an attendant who asked how she could help. She took down my info, escorted me to an area where I was to wait for a service agent. I waited less than three minutes and was told that they would be running a diagnostic test, and the money charged for the test would be applied to any work done to repair my car. I waited less than 20 minutes before the agent called me back and explained what the test revealed and what the cost of the repairs would be. All of this took a little more than an hour and a half, and the service I got was great… All with no appointment!
