If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a used car through them. They told us we couldn't purchase an extended warranty through them due to high mileage. Come to find out it's because they didn't do an inspection on the car just fixed the catalytic converter and put a new battery in it. Not even having it for 24hrs the airbag light came on. Come to find out the air bag harness had been cut and wouldn't deploy the airbags! Called Tyson and this guy gave us the run around yes he gave us a "goodwill" check to cover half the airbags. So far we haven't had the car a month and we are $4000 into it. There are more problems then what was said. Very sad that they would sell a family a car that the airbags wouldn't deploy. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We live on S Hill Puyallup. The local dealer is closer; however, our experience that we ALWAYS receive from Carl and his team is outstanding! We will travel further to obtain straight forward recommendations/required service for our two GM vehicles. When looking for a a GM dealer that will listen and repair as suggested, I recommend visiting Art Gamblin in Enumclaw WA!! Our future vehicle purchases will be made at this dealership.

Fidel pulled out all the stops to help me find a van for my new business, and he made the price perfectly reasonable. Signing the papers was quick-n-simple too. Naturally add-ons were offered and encouraged, but there was no pressure when we declined.

I bought a truck from this dealership and was very happy with the deal. I faithfully got my scheduled oil changes there for over two years. Then things went south. Went in for warranty work twice for the same issue, second time I was informed I had a radiator leak, which was not leaking before I brought it in to them. Clueless, incompetent service department and arrogant, dismissive owner. I will NEVER deal with these people again!

Great place with professional dealers. Ilias and Patrick helped me out a ton and were willing to work with me on getting the numbers I needed for the truck I wanted. Would absolutely consider doing business with them again in the future.

9/13/21 11:30 AM. I brought my Camaro in for an oil change and to report an issue with a panel not closing on the driver's side when the convertible top is put down. I received the car back after the problem was diagnosed and told that the part needed to be ordered and would take a week or two. I was supposed to get a call when the part was received to schedule the install. 10/19/21 1:26 PM I called to find out status of the parts order. I was told that the parts dept was busy but I would receive a call back. I did not receive any call back. 10/21/21 1:53 PM I called back and the parts department confirmed that the part is in stock and ready for install. Scheduled appointment for 10/26/21 at 1:30 PM 10/26/21 7:31 AM I received a voicemail from Carl confirming again that the part is in and ready for install today at 1:30 PM but not covered by extended warranty. 10/26/21 1:30 PM. I brought the car in for service and after waiting for nearly two hours I was told that the part is not in stock and needs to be ordered. I told them just order the part and when it is in I will pick it up and install it myself. 10/30/21 6:09 PM Carl called wondering why the work order was still open. Ummm.... perhaps your employees should make notes in your computer system about screwing up and not ordering the parts you say you are ordering or supposedly have in stock when you do not have them in stock! It is now 12/17/21 and I'm still waiting for a call about the part they supposedly ordered. No service whatsoever from Gamblin. I'll never return, not even if they're giving away free cars.

Thank you to Gamblin Motors and Gary VanAuken. They made our car buying experience quick and easy! We were leaving town for a long weekend and didn't have much time so Gary jumped in and made it happen. Everyone was very easy to work with and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We love our new Escalade!

If you buy used here make sure you have an independent mechanic look at the vehicle. If you purchase and take delivery then find an issue days later be prepared to have the bare minimum done. Traded my used car in and it was for sale within a few days all detailed and looking pretty. I had just taken it in two weeks before to have three recalls done and got a list of services that needed to be done. Now considering it took them 12 days to do the bare minimum brake job on my newly purchased vehicle. I highly doubt any services were done on on my previous vehicle.

We drove over 600 miles to buy a car here and it was worth every mile. Gary VanAuken was our dealer and he was awesome. Straightforward and helpful.
