Had the best day at Arlington Nissan with the salesmen Skylar Allen. Went in not necessarily wanting to buy that day but ended up having an awesome day with Skylar and a brand new car. Skylar was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He also had a great sense of humor, as I am very picky about which"bells & whistles" I desire in a car. Skylar and team went above and beyond during AND after the sale. The lexus I ended up purchasing was ready when I arrived, Skylar was upfront about pricing and transparent throughout the entire process. Other dealerships in the past would ghost me after the sale but Skylar proves they care by following up after the sale to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Sending my wife in next week to upgrade her suv!

Hello all, this not a trustworthy dealership.
Hello all, this not a trustworthy dealership. They really want your down payment. They start off with a outrageous monthly payment to see if you can add more money down. They have hidden fees and purchase cost. You don’t have an option of having LoJack or Xzilon added to the price of your car. Make sure to build your car on their website so you can see their prep and delivery fees. Make sure they show you who you are financing with. They are not very transparent. Do not trust them!!

We can continue the conversation. The dealership has all my info to reach out to me if they like. The issue for me is bad business practices. I have reported the dealership to consumer affairs and the Federal Trade Commission. I plan on filing a complaint to the attorney general as well. I went on BBB.org and filed a complaint.Also, there are several complaints of the same bad business practices from other customers.

Do not waste your time and energy. Find your car somewhere else. I had seen the low ratings on yelp and was reassured by Skylar the process would be easy and pain free. I had to book a flight to pick up my vehicle and stressed that I wanted to be able to get on the road quickly to drive back to St. Louis. When I got there even though I was paying cash I had to sit down with the finance guy.... He explained to me how the fees are actually "much lower" than other dealers and how they pre install LoJack on every vehicle and then you get to pay for it! Cannot say I love the fact they can likely still track me. Oh and I really loved the "delivery" fee when you fly to go get a vehicle and drive it home! They justified this telling me they were already losing money on the car and would list it for more tomorrow if I did not purchase it. (how sweet) I went to leave telling myself how much I wanted this specific car and how difficult it would be to find somewhere else and to just take the hit and get out of there. Once I got on the road I was delighted to see they only felt the need to give me about 7 gallons of gas... really nice after spending over $30K on a car. Naturally I had to stop for gas on my way home, and what do ya know the gas did not pump. When I went to get gas it would immediately click off after squeezing the handle for just a second. I took a video and immediately sent it to Skylar in which he told me he had no issues when he put the 7 gallons in the car... I drove to another pump and then another station, same issue. I had to squeeze the handle about a million times to get enough gas to get home. I then dealt with this issue for a few weeks until a dealer in St. Louis could take a look. They told me the previous owner likely drove off with the pump in their car and the plastic portion of where the gas goes in the tank broke off and all the pieces of plastic had fallen down in there. They removed the plastic out and replaced the top portion resolving the issue. I emailed Skylar and called him many times in which I got one response saying the issue "was not there when I bought the car and it was as is". The bill for the fix was $194.98... Pretty pathetic they could not return my calls and make things right over less than two hundred dollars. *** Please note after buying the car he called me tooo much. It was over the top annoying with the automated "is everything still great?" emails. Like putting gas in your car isn't a big deal or anything.... I even got an automated email to schedule an oil change. Not sure why I would drive hours for an oil change. Doubt anyone at Arlington Nissan is going to read this, but to someone considering this place save yourself the headache and think again.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation.
I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Brian was my advisor at Arlington Nissan. He suggested I include my cabin air filter and my transfer case fluids. He thoroughly explained these to me and I added them to my service. I waited for my car and he kept me informed as to where it was during the process. I also purchased new wiper blades and he thankfully put them on for me and I was on my way. I was a pleasant and easy service.
