Great service and detailed explanation from Benson (five stars). Both drivers from the shuttle were courteous. They were, however NOT safe when driving. Both drivers were playing inappropriate music and changing the songs from their phone as they drove. To each their own when listening to types of music, but subjecting clients to listen to profanity is NOT professional NOR acceptable. I do not know their names.

they treat the customers rudely and even the assistance service manager doesn't want to listen to his customers. Had to wait 2 hours to meet with him , than he promised to call me next day with solution but he never did.

They did a wonder job fixing my car that a part was lose which made a rattle noise underneath. They also gave me a discount on the total repair plus rotated my tires.
