Stay away! Liars will sell you junk!
Literally the worst, sold us a truck with a bad transmission that failed after only 604 miles. When we called to try to resolve the situation the owner, Al was incredibly rude and condescending. So we ended up having to rebuild the transmission for $4,586 just 3 weeks after purchasing the truck. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer! I didn't have a chance to read the reviews before my purchase, if I had I never would have purchased here as it seems they have a pattern of selling sub par vehicles with major problems!!!
Horrific experience/Car is worthless
This dealership concealed rust that makes my 32k FJ worthless and unsafe. Not drivable. Won’t even return my calls/emails. Buy anywhere but here. Check Better Business Bureau. I posted pictures on Yelp. Please look at them. Don’t let them take your money. Please please do your research on this company before you buy.

They sold me a car with multiple problems. When I confronted them shortly after buying it they became aggressive with me and told me If i wanted anything fixed I would have to pay like anyone else. DO NOT trust them. Once you sign the deal the whole “nice act” drops.
They sold me a Jeep Rubicon that will not smog
Congrats Howie, you sold me a jeep rubicon that can not pass smog in California. You win. You are a great salesman and I am stupid for trusting that you would be honest with me. The Rubicon now has new tires because the ones on it were coming apart by the time I got home. It has a new windshield that I had installed because the break right behind the mirror was hard to see in the low light place you showed it to me. The transmission has problems and there seems to be no way that I can get it to smog. So you sold me a useless jeep. Congrats for being such a good used car salesman.
Top notch experience!
Chad and Joe were fantastic; no pressure and very up front with everything. My wife and I went in to look at a 4runner and after looking at a comparable 4runner at a "big dealer" we were stunned to see the difference in tactics and xxxxxxbeing utilized by the staff. Not to mention the vehicle was in far worse condition (both in person and based on the Carfax report.) When you read the advertisement from Arizona Specialty Motors stating "low mileage, carefully selected cars in a no hassle, professional environment" you can absolutely guarantee that the members of this business live out that mission statement. Very impressed and I know where I will return when I am in need of a different car down the road. God Bless.

Purchase of used car went terribly bad
I purchased a used vehicle driving a very long distance approximately over 700 miles to trade-in my car and pick up another car and drive back home. I requested a 30-day warranty because of this drive, so I would have assurance that nothing would go wrong with what the sskesmsn called an excellent specimen. I was given an email confirming regarding the 30 day warranty and a verbal affirmation before I made the long distance trip. Unfortunately the water pump went out and cost almost $1,500 to repair. The owner ( Alfredo Panell) would not stand by his salesman's (Chad Wilkens) promise that I had a 30 day warranty. I got stuck with a $1,500 bill even though they had promised me a warranty. Be very cautious in dealing with Arizona SpecialtyMotors and demand an extended bumper to bumper warranty in WRITING, or you will get screwed. In the end I was very very disappointed from what initially was a good experience, once they made their sale, the owner turned his back on me when things went wrong and promises were made.
We had a conference call with Herb, the owner, Drew and Chad. Herb had demanded a meeting with everyone involved. We listened to the issue regarding the vehicle and his personal issues as well. Once he finished presenting his issues with the vehicle/deal, the owner simply asked, "How can we make this right, Herb?" Herb immediately proposed a resolution that we felt was fair for both parties and we immediately fulfilled everything outlined in the resolution. Herb contacted us several days after the resolution and stated he was content with our transaction/conduct; additionally he said he would definitely be referring people to our business. A week later, Herb contacted us again; stating that he has personal (family, not auto related) issues that he needed our help with. We fulfilled our portion of Herb's resolution; it appears he needs help in a personal matter that we are unable to assist with.

Bought my evo 9 from Arizona specialty motors a couple months ago and it is awesome experience they were every nice, professional, and no pressure And answered all my questions about the car and I live in Washington and they helped recommend a shipping company to get my vehicle up to me I was very pleased with the care of the delivery truck driver guy was with my vehicle. I would highly recommend buying from them and I will be back when I need my next car thank u Al
Best Car Buying Experience Ever
I was lucky to find Arizona Specialty Motor on Cars.com when I was looking for my next car. I wasn't in a hurry to trade up and more wanted a special treat for myself. I took my time and looked at dozens of listings for several months. I emailed a few dealers and outreached ASM. I received a personalized response (not a template email) with a cell phone number encouraging me to text if I was interested in a test drive. I sent a text and received a quick response. All of my questions were answered and solutions were offered (installing a back-up camera) in my desired vehicle, which no other dealer had even mentioned was an option. I stopped by after work and was greeted immediately. The car was cleaned and ready for my test drive. Chad and Drew were so friendly, so relaxed and simply talked to me like a person- not a sale. We chatted about fantasy football while watching MNF. They worked with me on a fair trade amount and I had a new car in 2 1/2 hours with my EXACT desired monthly payment; no haggling and tons of laughter. I really can't believe we accomplished so much before dinner. I would highly encourage anyone to bring their business to them. So happy with my purchase!
