I like how well taken care I am when Mark helps me with my vehicle. He is very honest and tells me exactly what the problem is and helps with solutions that I can decide upon to fix my vehicle.

The staff is always very nice and knowledgeable. The advisor I work with Daniel is always very courteous and helpful. He takes care of my Volkswagen as if it's his own car.

Services were done in a timely manner. When Hillary told me, the services will take about one and half hours, it was delivered to me as scheduled. I answered "no" to one of the first survey questions, the very next day, Chad called me to clarify why I answered "no". Chad displayed his courtesy, knowledge and skills explaining to me the issues left out during the time of the service. He was excellent.

When i first drove into the service bay and waited as several representatives watched me. I finslly went into the tep arra and asked for assistance and they told Heather to assist me. Unfortunately she couldnt so i ended up having to wait for someone else, who was available when i drove in but serviced the gentleman that walkef into the rep area. I was extremely satisfied with Mark. He was assisting someone else but as soon as he finished he came over to assist me. His overall demeanor and apology really showed through and i appreciated that when i explanef the situayion to him. He had great customet service skills from the startof my experience to the end.

Good Cars, Dealer, look Low Mileage Only ones, BUT

Seller Agents (producers) try do the best, BUT seems Sales Manager does not back them very much, once yu PAY they get yur $$$ , they forget all about you, Producer left in Sales Manager hands , who does not help, places enormous stress burden on Producers : No initial back ride home though offered -after buy- ,poor cleaning of bought car (had to be returned to shop to clean), Sales Manager making inadequate comments on customer request to take down spare tire place in trunk,lost misplacing Insurance ID Card faxed to customer,Producers under high stress. Just Bought a Ford Escape there. Hope the next steps : Title, LP Plates would not be like that. TIP : Do not pay ALL your car till agreed repairs/cleaning done to your satisfaction. Do not let them stress yu also, if buy, go very slowly. Stress is on command there. Producers ONLY on commission .

Marc Palermo was great! From the moment I pulled in to the service area he was there. He explained everything in detail and I left VW feeling like my car and I were in good hands! Unlike when we use to visit the momentum dealership with our BMW.
