Gary Harriss was extremely helpful. This is my first time buying a VW, I have stuck with Toyota for many, many years. He took out of his time when I picked up the car after the service to help answer questions I had on the vehicle and even helped me to link the car phone system to my mobile phone. I truly appreciated the help.

Great! Daniel Mitchell knew I was under a time restraint and made a effort to assist me right then and there. Hilary was outstanding in getting things done right away too. Both are exceptional people that made my day! Christian in parts was on the ball and very nice as were all the people I had met that worked for Archer.

Marc was a great service rep. He explained the repair process, as well as physically showed me what was wrong with the vehicle. The repair was done ahead of schedule and for a little less than originally estimated so that to me was great.
