This was my very first experience with Apollo and Nick was wonderful! He made buying a car hassle free! I would refer a friend! Great!

Bad Bad dealership sent me home with Truck they knew needed Major work. Took it to my local GMC dealership found out it needed new lifters a bent push rod possibly a camshaft. Thank God it was still under factory warranty. That's a bunch of bull crap they let that off there lot like that.

While we did get a decent vehicle out of this we were screwed royally behind our backs. The man who sold us our vehicle told us it came with a TWO YEAR BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRENTY..EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED EXCEPT TIRES AND BRAKES! THIS SAME MAN ALSO KNEW THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME MAKING PAYMENTS ON A CAR AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT! We had a co signer and were told she would receive all of the paperwork at a later date because she was not with us during purchase..so once she signed she would be sent everything..well here we are 18 months later getting ready to use our WARRENTY THAT WAS PROMISED and we found out ahe was never aent the paperwork..we called yesterday and got put on hold and hung up on MULTIPLE times..only to find out today that we DIDNT PURCHASE THE WARRENTY! THE SALES MAN TOLD US IT CAME WITH THE VEHICLE! NOT TO MENTION THEY SAID THEY HAD 18 PEOPLE IN LINE TO USE LOANER VEHICLES. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! NEVER AGAIN..BEYOND DISGUSTED.

Poor communication between staff especially in finance dept. Made for a terrible experience and they still continue to contact me, even after I asked them not to. #takedelinumber My sales girl Gloria was the only positive thing about the experience.
