Good deal, in & out with my new car in less than two (2) hours. Tim Gross & Arnold Abrego were easy to deal with and were not pushy, Consider the extended warranties & pre-paid service plans, as they are actually a good deal, unlike the one on daytime TV with Iced Tea.

I went to the dealership Saturday and Reggie was out front... he asked what I was in the market for (a truck) and went to show me the selection. Of course I picked the fully loaded Ram 1500 Limited. We went on a test drive and went back to the dealership. Nando (i believe the sales manager) came out with the figures... it wasn't doable for me. (I should say I was trading in two vehicles with negative equity). Reggie and I went back out to look at some less loaded trucks. Before he even opened one up he said "lets go back inside, I can't let you get something you don't love". We went back in and Nando was able to get me terms that I was agreeable with. Not sure how he worked that miracle but he did!. I left a few hours later with a brand new 2021 Ram 1500 Limited. Couldn't be more happier. The process was quick (normally I'm used to spending all day at the dealership). I didn't walk out of there feeling like I was used/abused. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't remember the finance guys name but he was super friendly and efficient too. Reggie is a great guy. He didn't pressure me into going one way or another, he let me test drive another vehicle while we were waiting (just because I wanted to). He was super friendly... Most importantly... I asked him a LOT of questions and when he didn't know the answer he'd say "I don't know, but i'll find out" that is HUGE because a lot of car sales people would just make up something to show that they know what they are talking about. Anyhow I could go on and on but i'm super happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and purchase another vehicle in the future!

Needed a new truck and selected a few dealerships to deal with. I filled out the online interest form on the dealership website and was contacted pretty quickly. I worked with Jose, and it was pretty easy. About a week later we had negotiated a deal on a new Gladiator. The staff wasn’t pushy and heard me out. I will definitely come back here.

I had friends in the car business and I've been a salesman for the last 19 years so I knew a few techniques to go about purchasing a car from a dealership. I stated with talking with some internet salesmen over the phone and through text. By the time that Jian started talking to me, I pretty much knew what I wanted but I couldn't get the right deal. Jian went to bat for me and his dealership didn't even have the truck that I wanted. He searched high and low and went to his boss to get me the right deal that I was looking for to make me pull the trigger. I was really impressed how Jian listed to what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. He put it all together quickly and I felt like he was really working to get me the best deal possible. They brought the car to their dealership and I picked it up just as we discussed. If you need a salesmen that is going to go to bat to get you the exact car you want, you need to give Jian a call to have him go to work for you. I recently purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from these gentlemen. This was one of the easiest, speedy and friendly car purchases I have ever made. I was with my wife and 1 year old baby so time was of the essence. Within 1 hour I had the contract signed and was driving home. Sal and Rezaul are the associates who helped me and I really appreciated the lack of BS and their straight forward style. Sal even brought my daughter a balloon when she started getting fussy. I will definitely be back for any future purchases.
