Jayden at Nissan has been a blessing and delivers exceptional customer service every time, he keeps me posted regarding my vehicle and goes above and beyond regarding my circumstances such as finding me temporary transportation when needed such as a rental when there isn’t one, And comes in even on his day off to make sure my car is being looked at when parts are delivered. His Sense of urgency is hard to come by and definitely noticed. Thank you for ALL that you do Jayden!!!!!!

Disappointed to how we were treated.

Disappointed to how we were treated. We put our vehicle with them for repairs. They do not feel they have to answer our calls until end of day but try hard to upsell every time. Brought vehicle in for repair once in the past This time we went back for a leak and it took 3 times to find out what was wrong. Power Steering rack was the problem. The issues we explained to them when we brought it in the first time, should have helped them. I googled it today and it said exactly what we told them the first time we went. They said there are a lot of fluid and hard to see so they changed lines. We came back 3 times and did 2 repairs of lines that may not even have been a problem. Each time we were told it was fixed, we left and it leaked again. They are supposed to be experts on the vehicles they sell, We left again without getting repair because they quoted $1600.00 more this time. My son looked at vehicle and found hoses they replace leaking because of the clamp Anderson Nissan installed was not clamped right and was causing more leaks. They did nothing to help us. They do not value their customers. Really sorry to find this out. I thought they were a community company and cared.

Not A Certified Used Vehicle

Purchased a used vehicle from here and didn't even put 400 miles on it before I realized the brakes were already going out. I guess it wasn't inspected before they sold it. They call and check in with you until you tell them about problems, then they disappear. I won't go back.

This dealership does not care about past customers and will rip you off on there dealer added accessories some where not installed but you get charged $2995 for them any how. We would have never known that some accessories where not installed on the 2021 Titan Pro4X we bought from Anderson Nissan in July until we tried to buy a 2021 Versa in October. We where trading in a 2013 Equinox and they Low balled us on the trade and then had the $2995 in accessories added to the price of the Versa. I Asked what are these accessories they told me what they where and I said we did not get those on the Titan and we do not want them on the Versa. After arguing over the accessories and being low balled on the trade Fernando said they would call me the next morning. No call!!! So I called and got Mike on the phone Sales Manager. Told him what happened and he said Fernando did not call because he felt put off by us. This is how Anderson Nissan deals with a customer. Situation is still not resolved!!! No one there cares!! Just look at the reviews on here this year. Something has changed at Anderson Nissan and not for the better. Do your self a favor and just AVOID Anderson Nissan.

Repeat customers MEAN NOTHING to this dealership

In 2019 we purchased a new Frontier truck from this dealership Had a great experience they where fantastic to work with. Then in July 2021 we went back and traded the Frontier for a new 2021 Titan Pro4X that deal went just ok. Then in October 2021 we decided to trade are 2013 Chevrolet Equinox for a new 2021 Nissan Versa SV or SR model but wanted white. They did'nt have that color but said they could get one. We told them to work up the numbers. When they came up with numbers they where way to low on are trade and then they where adding accessories of $2995 to the price of the Versa.I asked what accessories where and they told me. I told them we where not interested in them we didnt get them on the Titan and dont want them on the Versa. Then they send us a paper that shows we paid for them on the Titan but we never got that paperwork. Thats when I told them you charged us for accessories $2995 but we did'nt get all of them. We would have never known that if we had'nt tried to buy a Versa from them. Then everyone stopped talking to use there. Finally I called and got Mike the sales manager on the phone and he said Fernando felt put off by us so thats why he wouldnt call us back. Avery Goad the Customer Relations Manager never followed up or called back either after speaking to her. We filed a complaint with Nissan USA and about 45 minutes after filing Mike called from Anderson Nissan said they got the complaint and wanted to make things right. He said he was not in the office but would call us on Thursday or Friday we are still waiting for a call for 2 weeks now. This dealership will Lie to you not do what they say and they truly dont care about there customers STAY FAR FAR AWAY from ANDERSON NISSAN. Something has changed there since we bought are Frontier in 2019. Choose a different Nissan dealer!!! You are the customer you should matter.

All 3 Anderson of Lake Havasu City, Arizona Dealerships that I dealt with are Disreputable Dealerships. Anderson Toyota (insulting low balled me on my trade in. Tried to convince me that my 2003 Hummer H2 with 86k original miles was only worth $14k Retail when every similar Hummer was for sale for over $25k online with 200k-300k miles on them. Offered me $12k) I walked out. Anderson Dodge (insultingly low balled me on my trade in. Offered me $12.5k saying it's $500 more than Toyota offered I walked out) Anderson Nissan offered me $16k & put me into a new car key for key. Ended up putting me into a 2020(not 2021) Nissan Versa S(cheapest car Nissan makes) & cost me $1500 for "out the door costs". 2 days later they posted my Hummer for $25k I called GM & he gave me run around about how they didn't look at it yet and then 2 days after that. They had it posted for $27,985. It sold off the lot within a week. I researched used car commission and profit on used cars resale and the rate of profit is 20%. I have tried numerous times to contact the owner to be told that he is out of the Country. I will NEVER do buisness with nor refer anyone to them. I will "bad-mouth" them on reviews/etc forever. 😡

I made a deposit on a new Pathfinder before the dealer...

I made a deposit on a new Pathfinder before the dealer received it. I found it a little strange they did not process my deposit on the Visa card. They also would not verify the VIN number. I already had the VIN from NissanUSA. The sales agent promised/committed the Pathfinder was on the way and it was booked for my purchase. As it turned out a manager at the dealership, Anderson Nissan, decided otherwise and sold it to another buyer. They lied. Don’t do business with them, they seem to lie a lot....read the reviews.

Bought a used car

Got a used car from there a week and a half ago. Very friendly people all around. Made sure I had all kinds of nice fixes before I took the vehicle. My only gripe would be with the detailers. There was some stuff overlooked (seatbelts with stains, and whatnot). Not a biggie. I know how to detail so I can get it to my standards. Other than that, totally happy with the customer service and vehicle. It will easily last me for YEARS. Not to mention the free car washes as long as I have it and the 1-year/15k of services covered. Would recommend them and also would purchase from them again.

Spent $5,000.00 there Nov 2020 to have heads replaced. April 2021 engine took a dump. Called service dept to talk to Sean. He and mechanic that worked on my truck had been fired. Service personnel basically told me OH WELL. Great customer service I guess. Will NEVER go there or refer them to anyone. Just kissed $5,000.00 in the butt

Spent $5,000.00 there Nov 2020 to have my engine heads replaced, End of April 2021 engine no longer runs. Comment from Service Dept, service man that worked with me and mechanic has been fired. As far as my complaint, oh well That is customer service and mechanical know how ?????
