Just bought a 2021 Cross trek from Peter Frain at Anchor. Absolutely a top notch Dealership with outstanding customer service. Getting a car during the pandemic has proved difficult, but Peter had the car delivered within a week! Peter's knowledge was refreshing - showing us all the bells and whistles of our new Subaru. He definitely goes above and beyond his job by answering all our questions and picking up the phone every time we called.

Came to Anchor, after seeing a car I liked both on there website and on cars.com listed for $40, 234 which was MSRP after sitting down with them they told me it was for sale for $46,234. Illegal practice to advertise a car for sale at one price and then raise it up to another while your there.. They make money at MSRP never mind at what they call market price..

Always had a Toyota, and when mine was near death I tried a few different Toyota dealers and just got a bad experience. We were on our way home when my wife told me let's stop at Anchor. A few hours later we were driving home in our new Subaru. The salesman Peter was great and explained everything and that was a lot. We were looking for a small pickup, but our SUV can do anything we need now and is so much better on gas. We even got a lifetime power train warranty at no charge. Thanks to you all!

Ali Asgarian breaks the stereotype that salespeople are evil because he is a saint. I was very fortunate to have worked with him in the purchase of a used car. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service experience. The world of car buying would be a better place if all salespeople were as kind and helpful as Ali.

Misrepresentation of Vehicle Price

If I could rate Anchor Group zero stars or less I would. I saw a 2021 Nissan Kicks S advertised online on the Anchor website for $21,450 (Stock# N18234) today. I called Anchor to verify that this was the actual vehicle price. I was assured by someone named Nolan (sp?) twice over the phone that $21,450 was the correct vehicle price. After I drove down there (35 minutes) I happened to see a sign on the vehicle window saying $3,000 was being added to the $21,450; the price was actually $24,450. This is false advertising, and I will never go to Anchor again. A car dealership has a right to add $10,000 to a MSRP for all I care, but advertising a lower price and then confirming the lower price on the phone is false advertising.

POOR SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE - bought 2013 Outback from them - in first 30 days car died completely - I had car towed to them - they gave me a new loaner for 2weeks and replaced entire harness, fuses etc. 2 years in sunroof leaked $2500 - 3years later complete engine failure $4500...LEMON?

My husband and I just bought a 2020 Subaru Outback. We love the car and had a great salesperson, Gladimir Guerrier. He was very thorough and spent the time needed to make sure my husband and I were fully schooled on all of the cars features. He went above and beyond making our experience pleasant and stress free. We would go back there in a heartbeat and I would ask for Gladimir. Definitely a five star experience.

I just moved to the area recently and am in need of a new to me Subaru. I stopped by Wednesday the 16th of June around 5:15pm on my way home from work. I walked into the showroom and circled two to three different cars. I noticed about 4-5 sales staff in there "cubicles" and 3 managers on the desk loudly discussing how they were "going to make a lot of money on this car". I looked around one more time to see if I would get greeted and never did. One guy made eye contact with me and quickly looked away and kept talking with fellow employee. I then figured I wasn't going to be helped and walked about. I did buy a Subaru that night at Braintree Toyota and was completely satisfied with the experience. I will say that I will never step foot in Anchor again or any of there affiliates as there was zero concern with my wants/needs. In this world where there is a ton of options to buy the same car customer service or at least basic acknowledgement is a must to survive ! Anchor's bad reputation didn't disappoint again this time! Stay clear !
