This is my first review of car dealership. That should say something! I live very far away and it was customer service and price that brought us from Colorado to Phoenix. My son was in the market for a small suv awd and Sam had one that fit the budget. I had my Dad, who lives nearby go and look at the car, Sam took great care of my Father as well, they got along great and Sam was never in a hurry and answered all of his questions and mine. Also when we had concluded the transaction, Sam took us to the DMV to finish the title work, he didn't have to do that, but he wanted to, so nice. I will definitely buy another car from him, even with a 10 hour drive, each way! Thanks to Sam and his team, great experience. Enjoy JB

We had a great experience in purchasing a car from Sam at American Auto Sales! From the moment I spoke with Sam, I felt comfortable with him. He was honest about the vehicles he was selling and answered all of our questions, he was friendly and helpful, and was easy to work with. The cars were recent years and the prices were good. I was able to have my mechanic look at the car we were interested in and all checked out. Sam even fixed some minor cosmetic items on the vehicle for me. I would recommend American Auto Sales to anyone if you're in the market for a vehicle and I will plan to go back when I am in the market for another one!

I never received a response to my inquiry. I emailed asking about a car posted on cars.com but they never contacted me.

Sam was great to work with. No pressure and lots of quality inventory. He checks in even after the sale to be sure all is good. He fixed a couple of little issues quickly and with no question. It's not a fancy experience but they have some great selections. We highly recommend them!

My wife and I could not have had a better car buying experience working with Sam. I called him late afternoon on a Saturday from Tucson saying we saw a car in the inventory we really wanted to see but that we would be I had coming from Tucson and might not make until near close of business. Sam was very friendly on the phone and reassured me he would let us see the vehicle and possibly get a deal done right up until closing time. He took time to start paperwork ahead just in case to make the process run smoothly if we decided to buy. He had the vehicle ready to test drive whe we arrived. The vehicle, a Ford Flex, had a salvage title and Sam was very open with disclosures about the accident and we noted a minor electric seat problem in the third row seats on initial inspection, and Sam was very willing to work with us regarding this minor issue. He also assured us things were running well and allowed to test drive with no pressure to buy even though close to end of the day. Additionally, he allowed my wife and I to take extra time to discuss the purchase without pressure so we could get a vehicle for our newly growing family. We decided to buy and the sale process went very smoothly. Sam took extra time to complete this process with us even though he ended up staying late despite having an important family event to attend after close of business. He is a family oriented man just like I am, and in a very short time working with him, it was easy to see how much Sam cares about about great customer service. I highly recommend checking out American Auto Sales LLC the next time you're looking to get a great deal and having a friendly, customer centered experience when auto shopping.

Sam was joy to deal with. No pressure. Gave us the keys to the cars we wanted to look at and told us to test drive them. I did a carfax on the cars we test drove and knew what kind of accident they were involved with. Sam is very up front that these are salvage titles. The car we bought is beautiful. Inside and out. We really love our car. THANKS SAM!! And yeah...we would go back for sure!!

What an amazing experience. Sam is an honest and straight forward businessman. He took the time to answer a myriad of questions and allowed us to drive many of his inventory. His recommendation was right on target. The quality of workmanship is outstanding - I could not tell what had been repaired. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle.

After getting into an accident with my old car I was all of the sudden in the car buying mode. I met Sam from American Auto through cars.com and knew right away that this was the guy I was buying my next vehicle from. I pulled into his lot thinking I knew what I wanted to buy. Sam patiently walked with me showing me the Flex I was certain I was going to buy. They have so many nice cars that you cant help yourself but to look at others as well. As Sam and I walked the lot he asked questions about what I liked and what I was going to use the vehicle for. After we walked Sam looked at me and said before you do anything I have a car I would like you to drive. He walked me into the front display area and put me in an Infiniti Q50a and said take it for a drive. I would have never even looked at this car but Sam was certain that it was the car that fit my needs the best. I took it out on the freeway and fell in love and bought the vehicle the very next day. Sam helped me secure financing and got me on the road! I just can't say enough good things about the experience. Sam and his family are very Professional, Hard Working and a true joy to do business with. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Before you buy you must see Sam that's all I'm going to say..... Nothing But The Best!
