I knew what I wanted... A Buick Encore... the year was dependent on my budget! I never dreamed that I could afford a 2017! I was not in a hurry and Sam wasn't the first sales person I had the pleasure to talk with. As a matter of fact I was on my 3rd week of looking when we came across American Auto website. My lucky day... not luck, we had just prayed to find the perfect car for the perfect price. In walks Sam, NO pressure, he just got the keys to the vehicle I wanted to drive. The negotiations began (I brought a great man friend to do my negotiations) and I got a smoking deal! It was like the old days where people trusted you! From walking on the lot, to the test drive, negotiations (this was fun to watch), to getting me the perfect financing, to driving off the lot it was a pleasure! I had the car exactly one week and the A/C went out! I called Sam, no hesitation...he told me to bring in, I brought it in, they found a leak in the compressor, he ordered a new in from New Mexico. There was a chance it might take a couple of days to get it in so he gave me one of the vehicles on the lot to drive while they fixed mine. Who does this? Sam does! Sam is what I call "One Stand-Up Guy" .... now a days you don't meet too many of those in this business, or most businesses! Thank you Sam! I will tell all my car buying friends about your cars and your services. I've already told a good number of people.

Bought a 2016 NISSAN ROGUE FOR $12,000 and it was just like new with only 3K miles- SAM took all the time needed to ask me what kind of car I was looking for and wanted-his advise was outstanding. I cant believe the negative reviews by a couple on here- makes me wonder what kind of "customer" they are? Buy ith confidence and you will be proud of your selection. Clay

This is the 4th car I've purchased from Sam, and I have another one on order for my youngest daughter. I've saved thousands with American Auto Sales and they always stand behind their product. I appreciate the honesty ~ it's difficult to find in the auto industry.

Our experience with Sam was great. He was up front, hands off and allowed us to explore as many cars as we wanted to on the lot. When we had questions he answered them honestly and even went so far as to show us specifically where the car we purchased specifically had damage. We are happy with the experience, our purchase, and we RECOMMEND Sam with American Auto Sales. We will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from him and his dealership again.

THE REVIEWS SPOKE THE TRUTH. SAM GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE AND EVEN WENT WITH ME TO REGISTER THE CAR. Awful I didn't even get a chance to be on the lot for 30 seconds before I was ran off the lot.he didn't ask me any questions. He said things to scare me off the lot! I would have paid cash but due to how he spoke to me ABSOLUTELY NOT!
