RE: All Motor Cars Ltd BEWARE THIS BUSINESS! Update: 15May2022 Due to the amount of damage and items removed by this dealer I now find this truck is just not worth putting any more money into it. I have already put thousands in so far and it is still not safe for my wife, children and grandchildren to ride in. The exhaust is leaking right up into the truck. I say we all work together and bring a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Andrew, the business itself and the rest of crooks associated with this business. Update: 1April2022 Still working on the truck at an attempt to figure out what is causing vibrations in both the steering wheel and the pedals. I have to bring the truck back to the mechanics but have to wait as they are all booked. I also have found the dealer had removed both skids plates, the one that protects the motor and the one that protects the gas tank. I also found out there is many recalls on this truck that was never taken care of and is now too late. Update: 15March2022 Now the truck is at the mechanic and he showed me where All Motor Cars did a very poor cob job on the exhaust, it is leaking in numerous spots and everything is bubble welded included the exhaust hangers. I talked to Andrew last week who stated he would look into these matters and get back to me but needless to say he hasn’t, and I am sure he won’t. I purchased a 2007 Tundra which this dealer assured me was sound and in great condition. Before picking the truck up it seems someone has stripped parts that could be stripped, cup holders, compartment covers, tailgate cap and bed liner, even the running boards were taken after purchase and in doing so they stripped out many of the bolt holes and broke the bolts off in half of them. Right off the top I had to replace shocks, bearings and they told me they did a complete brake job, I had to replace a caliper because it was dangerously leaking. The cruise control doesn't work. They are 2 hours away from me, so it was less than convenient for me to bring it to them for repairs. Even though I have contacted them multiple times I have yet to receive any cooperation in this matter. I bought running boards to replace the ones they stole off my truck, took it to a mechanic to have them installed. The mechanic showed me that Andrew had pulled the running boards off, filled the rocker panels with Bondo to hide all the rot on them and then painted them, so running boards cannot be put on this truck without replacing the entire rocker panels on both sides... One true sign of a bad business is when they answer the positive reviews but hide from the negative ones. Proof positive they are all true. In my opinion I would avoid this seller and the vehicles he sells. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Andrew assured me he has 5 mechanics there so no vehicle goes out in need of anything. Read all the reviews on this business, if you still wish to purchase from there it is on you.

It's unfortunate there are bad reviews on this place. I've purchased 2 personal and recommended 4 other people. Out of all them 1 car had issues, but it was the oldest one out of the bunch. I myself haven't had any major issues. If I needed service. I scheduled a date and brought the car in and it was fixed. Maybe once or twice I had to bring it back, but they took care of it. Keep in mind they're used cars and it's next to impossible to find everything wrong on the car except the painfully obvious. Not this dealer, but I have had someone purchase a certified used 2017 Subaru Forester from Johnstons Subaru in Middletown NY(Orange County). This is a SUBARU DEALER. They claim the car had to go through an 100ish inspection to make it certified. BS, I drove the car and immediately I noticed the rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced(painfully obvious) I got pulled over by the police because of rear driver side taillight and license plate light was out. Car had a heavy oil consumption. I had to go back and forth with them and they had finally changed the short block on the car. Hence….. CERTIFIED SUBARU??? Andrew at All Motors has always been Pleasant, Nice and Fare. Not one issue with him or has never pressured me. I’m sure he probably has his days, but he’s human and has always been nice to me and everyone I’ve brought in. Keep in mind the cars are used. You’re going to find something.

Waste of time and money.

Just like almost everyone else after a couple days the car started to fall apart. They do something with so the check engine light doesnt come on for a few days. (I'm not a mechanic but a buddy who is said there are ways to make this happen). Brought the car back 3 times and it never got fixed. I had to bring it to a professional and pay $$$$$. They are crooks and should be in jail.

Wste of money

Several months ago I bought a used Subaru there with 99k on it. Aandrew wouldnt budge on the price becasue it wsa a sound car. Long story short the check engine light came on. He told me he would get me courtesy /loner. Well Andrew never got me that courtesy vehicle, so I dropped it off the day before the warranty was up. I call him the next day he calls me crazy and that the car runs great. Just to make me happy they changed the spark plugs and the wires for the coil. Problem is there are no coil wires, its coil over plugs and the wires are part of the engine harness. I asked him for a bill of said service he said no problem ( another lie of Andrews no bill was ever given). So i pick up the vehicle the next day. Andrew is in the office and wont come out when I get there. So I get in my car with no bill in it and I proceed to drive out of the driveway. As soon as I turn left and give the car gas it starts misfiring and the engine light flashes. I park across the street and call the office one last time. I can see him in there looking out the window. I leave a message (and yet again he never calls me back for the 10th time). I drive home with the misfire. Pay for a shop to look at it, the engine has compression issues. I was robbed by All motors, and wouldnt recommend them to an enemy if I had one. In fact even though they probly pay to be on this site, I wouldnt use a site that advertises for All Motor or that thief Andrew, or the owner of All Motors. I looked into a laaywer but that was more then the cars value. You dont have to take my word for it, try them out. If you get a good vehicle good for you, but dont get stuck with a lemon

Worst place to get a car

Engine blew in my car a year after I bought it. Made oil changes 1,000 miles before it the due date. He pushes you to buy a car. Tires were poor when bought they had to replace one tire. No extra keys to vehicle. Alarm system was poor. Radio had to be replaced and fixed . Went negative with this car only worth 2500 with the engine I put in it.car now has negative equity.

Sold me Garbage

Went to buy a new a car a nice 4 door Subaru it was good for two days and the check engine light was stuck on the entire time after that. Brought it back four times and each time the light kept coming back on. Finally the thing dies in the rain with my two kids in the car. Then when i'm offered a rental car so they can fix it for the fifth time I pay someone to take me there and the car has no gas and was completely unsanitary filled with mud and what appeared to be animal feces even so I was willing to take it but when I turn it over there's absolutely no gas in it. I ask the man in charge of the garage and he yells and screams at me calling me derogatory terms that made me feel very offended and upset to the point where I can call this man a definite sexist. I left without the rental. I will definitely be requesting for my money to be refunded. Don't ever buy anything from theses scam artist this sexist unsanitary place needs to be shut down immediately.
