I called to make an appointment for service. John answered the phone and was very unprofessional. I have two Dodge Grand Caravans. One of my Grand Caravan was serviced there before. I wanted him to look up the vehicle so that I may make an appointment with the service advisor that last dealt with. He refused to look up my phone number to find the vehicle. He wanted me to have the vehicle vin number and refused to look up the vehicle by phone number. I told him the vehicle was with my husband at work and I did not currently have the vin. He was upset that I did not want to make an appointment with him, and hung up. His tone of voice was contentious while being patronizing. If he does not want to speak with the public then he should not answer the phone. It was not unreasonable to ask to make an appointment with the previous service advisor that helped us, there was no reason to hostilely state "if the appointment is not with me then you can call back tomorrow!" Then he hung up. I would not recommend this dealership. A dealership should never allow an employee to refuse to do their job, be allowed to intentionally hang up on customers nor be allowed to display unprofessional and hostile behavior towards the customer.

Usually I hate buying new vehicles because of the pressure by dealership staff. However this was the best experience yet our sales guy and finance guy we worked with were patient and took the time to work with us and understood our situation. Defiantly would recommend people visit and buys from here.

Great customer service!!!!! They had a large selection of used jeeps to choose from. The were also covered by the 100000 mile warranty for engine and transmission.

In February 2022 I purchased a used RAM 1500 online from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I was working with Christian, an assistant manager at the dealership. On February 17th, 2022 Christian sent me a video and pictures of the vehicle. I asked Christian about the condition of the truck and he explained that the only damage on the vehicle were some superficial scratches on the right rear bedside of the truck. I asked him if they could be buffed out and he said that they could and that the dealership would take care of it prior to delivering the truck to me. Again, this was the only damage that was declared to me during the purchase process. Upon delivery to Las Vegas I noticed a very large star / crack on the passenger side of the windshield. I sent a text to Christian and asked him why this damage wasn't disclosed to me. He asked for a picture of the damage which I sent to him. Christian then said he would speak to his manager and get back with me. When I heard back from Christian he told me that they would pay to replace the windshield and that they would send me a check for $250 because "that is what they pay for windshields". I told Christian that while I appreciate them stepping up to replace the windshield, $250 was not closed to covering the cost for me to replace the windshield. I called Safelite Auto Glass and the cost for my windshield is $817.63. I have called and texted and emailed Airpark asking to speak to a senior manager about this issue and so far my communication attempts have been ignored. Do not trust anything this dealership tells you, especially if you are buying a used vehicle. Their response to a complaint with the Better Business Bureau was "the vehicle was sold as-is". So in their eyes they can lie to a customer when they ask about damage because the vehicle is sold "as-is". Two weeks after receiving the vehicle I noticed a loud knocking sound coming from the engine. I took the truck into my local dealership and it turned out that two of the lifters in the engine needed to be replaced. The truck was in the shop for two weeks for this repair. I would not recommend this dealership and I will tell everyone that I can, not to purchase from them.
