This dealership is the worst excuse for a "good experience" that you will ever endure! If anyone else is seeking a lawsuit...please call me...828-817-7770. My attorney is looking into my matters as we speak. This dealership exceeds the worst of the worst. All the way from their sales people...Liz to management...chance...what a bunch of clowns. They know as much about vehicles as a 2 year old. They will lie, cheat and steal from you and feel good about it. The entire outfit are a BIG disgrace! Buyers beware! Call me if you wish to hear my experience with this sorry outfit

Your sister was trying to buy a vehicle for you. In the banking world this is called a straw purchase and not allowed. We told you while you were here that the bank cancelled the approval and you weren't eligible for purchase. Instead of taking that as a conclusion you choose to bash us on social media when YOU were the ones trying to break the law. We will not sell you a vehicle and we have notified every lender that you are trying to do this so another dealer doesn't take on this burden. Thanks, Chancellor Camby

This review is for the south charlotte dealership team. I purchased a toyota rav4 from them last week. I was very pleased with my service and would go back to them again. My salesman Marcus Pittman was great and professional. Also Dwight D Fowler Jr did a great job getting everything ready for me to bring my car home. I hope you all see this. I love my toyota. Adams Auto Group of Denver, NC John was my salesman at this dealership. Man what a breath of fresh air. Instead of bracing yourself on what is about to happen, prepare mentally on a pushy salesman, he was like talking to a friend you haven’t seen in a while. We talked on the phone several times and was extremely quick on his return calls. “He made things happen”. He was helpful, accommodating and just listen. In and out in under 2 hours. All individuals at the dealership came out and helped taking off a camper top and setting it on the new truck. This process was stress free and pleasant. John was very knowledgeable about the paperwork and explained each loan paper in detail for signatures. This was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. John went above and beyond. When we thought we were at a stopping point, he continued to dig. I drove over a hour each way for the “Trust” factor and would do it again. They sell a lot of trucks at this location so you better act quick. I am looking forward to my next vehicle purchase at this location - Adams Auto Group of Denver, NC. Thanks again John for a great experience!!!!

Test drove a vehicle and made an offer. They were unwilling to negotiate, which is fine but then they increased the advertised price by $3,000 the next day making the price of this 5 year old vehicle nearly what the original sticker price was. illogical and questionable behavior. Salesperson was courteous. Spoke with several different sales persons prior to my test drive and was given info on a different vehicle. Be aware of the $799 documentation fee.
