Good experience! Drove up from Indiana to look at a car. Worked with Jake @ the dealership. He's very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Bought a 2015 BMW 428i from Adams Auto (Crestwood, IL). Good car! No issues.

This dealership fails to disclose vehicle issues. Coolant leak and not blowing cold air. Sunroof off track. I will spend thousands to have everything repaired. Stay away from this place

Stay far away from this place. Just purchased a 2011 Range Rover. I negotiated a price and signed a contract that said tax was included. It’s my fault on this because I didn’t realize taxes were taken out in my state. I was told over the phone that they were but it’s on me for letting a car dealership take advantage to someone new in this process. I also was told the car has been serviced and has no problems. Upon receiving the vehicle I took it to a local dealership. It has a large coolant leak. You can smell it the first time I cranked the car and it was even low on receiving the vehicle. Again that was not disclosed and this was not my error. 1400 for the repair. Stay away from these people.. far far away..

Called and was working out a price for a vehicle with sales rep, Then all of sudden 2 days later they upped all the prices on their cars by 2-3 thousand dollars.

I was interested in a Audi Q7 took a look at the vehicle and asked to test drive. I was told a full credit check was needed to test drive. I was Very confused I told them what if the vehicle dont meet my expectations while on the test drive and you ran my credit for nothing. They said that’s their policy. I immediately left. I felt it was profiling like I couldn’t afford the vehicle so they wouldn’t let me test drive. That’s totally the vibe that I got. It ultimately Worked out perfect I found the same vehicle at another dealership and made the purchase the very next week. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
