Excellent customer service by Mark. Answered and Explained everything to me about my new purchase (2010 Corolla). Car drives great and got it at a great price. I would recommend Absolute Auto sales Brockton MA to anyone looking for a nice affordable used car. BTW they did help with registration and plate transfer at the dealership and this was a life saver. I bought my vehicle a couple months ago and it’s running great. Lisa greeted me with a smile upon arrival my first visit. Next Mark went above and beyond helping me get into the vehicle ASAP. Also considering I wasn’t local and had a rental, Robert offered to return my rental for me.. that was a great help! What I loved most was having zero pressure on making a purchase and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. :)

I found Absolute Auto Sales very helpful during the purchase process. On the very first visit Mark had the Carfax already printed out for me to review. He showed me the repair record of what they had already fixed on the car prior to putting it up for sale. He also mentioned a minor issue that would be fixed even before I had to mention that I found it while test driving the car. He even apologized that the car hadn't been detailed before we test drove it! Lisa was not only helpful with financing the vehicle but also very patient with me as I worked through the stressful situation of purchasing and financing my son's very first car - which I more than appreciated. Buying a used car was an experience I was not looking forward to. Everyone at Absolute Auto made it an unexpected good experience and my son ended up with a great car!

Rob and Mark were honest and professional from the start. All details found online matched what we saw and drove on their lot. They answered all questions honestly and the price was very fair for the year, mileage, and model. Talking to Rob was like talking to a regular person, not a salesman. He truly loves cars and trucks and has a depth of knowledge that you don't hear at the bigger box stores. I found Absolute Auto through carsforsale.com and their staff was nothing but helpful, straightforward, and super friendly! I called them in the morning to view a van and went down that afternoon to test drive. Lisa and Mark were especially helpful and explained the process in putting down a deposit and what kind of paperwork I'll need. The mechanics I met were also incredibly considerate and showed me a lot of things about the van I completely forgot to ask about (how to open the hood, where the window locks were, etc). When I picked up the van, they even gave me $20 for gas and apologized for not putting in more; definitely didn't need to help me out with gas but they're THAT considerate! Absolute Auto are down to earth people and made this whole process of buying a vehicle incredibly easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for trustworthy staff and great vehicles.

It's the day after I've gotten my Nissan Altima, and I sort of feel like after the Pats beat the Atlanta Falcons in the S.B. after being down 28-3...incredulous. I've had some horrific experiences with car dealerships, and Absolute Auto Sales just provided me with the best car buying experience I have ever had. No ridiculous $500-800 Documentation fees, no 3 hours trying to wear you down, nobody driving with you on the test drive to tell you how great the car is, no charging you more if you don't finance through one of their companies. These guys were tremendous, low pressure, and very informative, and a great price on the car to boot!! I only wish they had more cars to sell to make them more competitive with the big dealerships, who promise you the moon and just don't deliver.

Recently had to purchase a new vehicle after an accident. Mark, Rob, Lisa, and Gary (who's not listed here) were awesome! I won't go anywhere else again.

Nothing can beat his competition it was truly a steal if a deal along with the quality of the vehicle couldn't have gotten that anywhere else

We had a great experience at Absolute Auto. We came in knowing which car we wanted, and we're able to take it for a test drive right away. We had some other things we had to do before committing (and no one from sales was there yet). We called back later and we're able to figure out price/ paying (we didn't finance) over the phone, then we drove over with a cashier's check and we're able to work with Mark and Lisa, who got us all set with paperwork before we could even finish cleaning out our old car. We got a good price for the car, and they even paid us a small amount for me to trade in my car. They switched the plates, we signed some papers and we were on our way!

I highly recommend these guys, I got a great car, great deal and great customer service!!! No one beats these prices and exceptional car maintenance and service.
