The quality of their cars and the amazing interactions I had with Mark, Rob and Lisa reminded me why this is the second Vehicle I’ve bought from them, and when this car is no more, I’ll be back to buy another one but it’ll be a while. I love my new car SO MUCH! They made what I thought was impossible happen for me. I’ll be eternally grateful to them for the rest of my days.

Purchased VW jetta. Was pleased with the ease of purchase. Car was serviced an new brakes placed on vehicle. Office personnel made me feel comparable. Mechanic came out to show car and talked about carmax on vehicle Asked if there were any questions. He too made me feel that this was a good car with many more miles still in it. Car was clean interior and inside the engine. Deposit was made and upon sale everything was done. Car was ready to go in 15 minutes. Thanks Absolute I recommend this dealer highly.

I had been checking & following prices for pre owned Mazda 6's over the past several months, with plans to purchase sometime in the spring. Long, short, the need to replace my current vehicle arrived sooner than planned. Off I went visiting several dealerships which included Absolute Auto. As the name states, Absolute was absolutely the best, and a pleasant surprise. The Mazda 6 was priced well, the dealership itself was clean, organized with a great selection of vehicles. A couple had me rethinking the car I originally came to view. Met with Mark & Lisa, who told me about the car the dealership, and readied the car for my test drive(s). When I returned, with questions, Mark patiently answered them all & met with Rob/Bob from service who went over the car answering more questions. They all worked with me in regards to my trade, price financing & bringing the car in on my budget. Hey you also get a discount on all service calls for vehicles purchased there. I can’t express how kind caring and trustworthy this staff is. I have family in the car business and dreaded looking for a vehicle and process. Absolute was so attentive and genuinely cared about myself and Jeep Liberty they sold me. They were not pushy and answered all questions I had. I felt like family. Mark and Rob are amazing. What’s really reassuring is that they have mechanics right on site and I can feel comfortable getting maintenance done because I trust Rob and all the staff outback just as much as the front staff. My mom is in need of a vehicle very soon and we won’t be shopping anywhere else when she’s ready. Highly recommended!!!!

mark collins, the salesman, was pleasant to deal with. buying a car is one of life's most unpleasant experiences and mark made my experience quite painless. it was succinct and to the point without all the hassles that sometimes accompanies buying a new car. i like the idea of not bargaining, i would rate my experience excellent.
