Very disappointing. sad and angry experience.

I had a really poor experience with this dealership and am truly disappointed. I saw a used car online and asked the dealer for an out the door price and informed them of my offer. The price that I offered was automatically changed on their online ad which I have a copy. I spent 2 days going forward with the purchase, even having my mechanic examine the car . When it came time for finalizing the purchase, the final price escalated to several thousand dollars more than agreed upon. I could not go forward with the purchase and was more than disappointed. I was angry and sad. The hunt is now on for an honest , ethical experience.. I cannot recommend this dealership.

Customer service, no gas, no service.

Sales managers need to get customer service training. Maybe they forget people can write reviews. Nothings better than financing $28,000 for a car and when you leave the gas light is on. Really you can’t put gas in it, wow oh and don’t forget to pay for the oil change on the car that is no longer mine.

The GM Adam Marazzo was able to find me the exact vehicle that I was looking for, while the other dealers that I was dealing with could not. Adam was great to deal with and we settled on a fair price for both parties.

I bought my daughter a used Maxima on St. Patrick’s Day, from ABC Nissan. We had a problem with the steering...they fixed it the next day. Once it started getting warm, we realized that the air conditioning was not working...they fixed that today. Everyone we interacted with, including the receptionist who went out of her way to be helpful and kind to me, gave us excellent customer service. I knew we were in the right place to purchase a used car when I read the carfax for the vehicle we purchased. It was originally purchased there, at ABC Nissan, in 2011; had all of its maintenance services done there throughout these years; and was traded in there for a new auto purchase. That’s a nine year relationship with this dealership that continues to this day. That’s the kind of dependability, trust and service I look for in a dealership relationship, and I believe that I have found it. A huge thank you to: Darwin Sosa, Ray Ferguson, Frank Salerno, Tyler (?), and our finance guy, who’s name escapes me at the moment, and I can’t forget to include the unknown service guys. Like I said in the beginning, they all worked together as a team and did what it took to make it right!

Jason was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle without hesitation. It was obvious he knew the vehicle and its features well. There were no high pressure sales and he didn't feed me a line (as I had just experienced at another dealership). We got the deal we wanted and it was an easy transaction. Jason was professional in every way. Just what we expect from a dealership. We drove out from Chandler to see this vehicle in particular and we are glad we did.

Very Poorly Managed

I tried to buy a 2008 Toyota Solara from ABC Nissan a few weeks back. It was a very unpleasant experience. The experience began positively- my salesman, Eric Larson, was knowledgeable and pleasant. Since the car was reasonably priced we had reached a fair deal within 5 minutes. Enter the Sales Manager- a guy named Jerry- and the deal rapidly fell apart. And unpleasantly so. People like Jerry shouldn't be advising people like Eric on how to sell cars. Unless I knew Jerry was gone I would never return to ABC Nissan. PS- the deal I offered was fair. So fair I bought the the same car, at the same price, with the same conditions, the next day. Apparently many of the car dealers in the area are owned by Berkshire Hathaway, and so share their used car inventories. Infiniti on Camelback, located adjacent to ABC Nissan, was aware I was looking at the car. They called to see if I had purchased the car and I told them what had happened at ABC Nissan. On hearing the story they agreed it was a fair deal, so the next day I went down, paid, and picked it up. Infiniti on Camelback, good. ABC Nissan bad (sorry, Eric).

I went to ABC Nissan to purchase a car due to their advertising saying 45 minutes no more spending four hours at a dealership. I filled out the appropriate information online and they did not stand behind any of it. My online deal was for for 10,000 for a 2019 Ford fiesta after my upside down of 2000 put into the car which was a good price for me. When I got there they stated they don't use that information and start it over and it was like every other car dealership I spent four hours in their haggling on a price so I wasted my time. 4 hours later I took the car home and they could not get the financing stated in the contract and I returned it very unpleasant experience.
