We worked with Joseph and it was really bad experience for us! One of the worse car dealership I been so far! We made a deal over the phone with Joseph for out the door price. We came to ABC Nissan to test the car and close the deal! There were some issues with the car that we wanted to be fixed (missing sun visor clip and carpet clip) and he said it's not a problem. When we sit down with him, he gave us 4k over the price we agreed on the phone!! After 40 min they give us the price that we agreed on the phone and he wrote down that sun visor clip and carpet clip will be fixed and signed it, but they don't have parts now and he will call us when they arrived. In the finances, we had a really rude person. He was taking bad about the customers. Like every finances guy, he was "nice to sell warranty" and when we refuse it, he was not nice any more. It's funny that he can give you lower rate only if you take his warranty!! And in the end... AGAIN the price we agreed on was different then price on paper that we need to sign!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN THE LAST PAPER WITH PRICE OF THE CAR!!! It's 4 weeks that we bought the car. We never get a call from Joseph for our missing parts. so we texted him and call him but, no answer. This is my experience with this dealership and I know that ever person got different one... so just be careful! There is no point to send a email to GM, because he is not responding!

With all the high pressure salesmen out there, what a pleasant surprise to meet Joseph at ABC Nissan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was genuinely concerned in finding us the best vehicle in our price point. He spent many hours with us looking for the right car. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services, for new or used cars. Thanks Joseph Jaehnig and the Team at ABC Nissan. We will be back again soon!
Thank you for your positive feedback!

Okay, I really was not looking forward to shopping for a new car. I visited at least 3 dealers before I walked into ABC Nissan. Thank God I did! Joe J was amazing! He took the time to really explain the subtle nuances of each make and model. Joe Jaehnig was the most honest salesman we had talked with!!

Worst buying experience I’ve had and I’ve purchased three or four trucks from this dealership. But my viper alarm has never been an issue to transfer before to the new vehicle but now it is. Once the commission check cleared Brett Tschannen tossed me off like a dirty dish rag. Tried to talk to Adam same results dirty dish rag, one day Brett made me feel like I wasn’t even a customer (On to the next victim I guess)

Best car purchase I have ever had. I hate car shopping and they changed my mind. It was streamlined and smooth. No hard sell. Really listened to my requests.
Thank you for your positive feedback, from all of us here at ABC Nissan!
Amazing service
Had a wonderful experience at ABC Nissan. Was interested in a couple of different vehicles. They was patient with me as I made a selection.

Avoid these guys like the plague.
Do not go to this Nissan dealership. I recently finished the lease on my Nissan, and went into this dealership to buy the car. I had been leasing a car from them for 3 years, and had never missed a payment. The quote they gave me was several thousand above the residual value of the car, so I went through the quote item by item. They had added a $499 "disposition fee" that was apparently from Nissan and automatically charged to anyone buying their car, and a $499 "doc fee" that went to the state of Arizona. Something didn't seem right. I went back and forth with them, and they said there was nothing they could do about the extra fees. So I left, called another Nissan dealership to confirm, and the salesperson started laughing and confirmed that a) I had already paid the "disposition fee" when I had originally leased the car and b) that there was no $499 doc fee from the state. The guys at ABC Nissan flat out lied, and padded the quote with an extra $1,000. Luckily there was another Nissan dealership in town that was honest. Don't go to these guys. They're dishonest and will say / do whatever they can to take more money from you.
