Me hicieron perder mi tiempo como 2 hora para q saliera un manager y me dijera q no q no me podían ayudar lo q me pregunto para q molestan a la gente si no van a ayudar a la gente por favor no me vuelvan a llamar ustedes no ayudan a nadie apeaar de q ya compre como 6 carros con ustedes pero ya no vuelvo a comprar con ustedes estoy muy molesta me hicieron perder mi tiempo como siempre y ni me ayudaron

Went in to purchase a vehicle last year around November. The vehicle I inquired about was not on the lot. When I asked why, I was told there were some scuffs on the paint and they were working on fixing it. I had already saw the vehicle on a separate date so I went through with signing the loan. It took a whole week of calling each day and eventually driving down to the collision center to figure out what was going on with the vehicle. Turns out someone who was test driving it had damaged the front end of the vehicle which is why it was taking so long for them to give me the vehicle. The sales reps never admitted to it directly and kept repeatedly telling me it will be fixed like new. I told them this was not mentioned during the sale and that I would’ve never gone through with signing the loan. Eventually the sales manager said there’s nothing he can do and arranged for me to speak with the property manager. Upon meeting with the property manager he immediately started saying the same things as the sales manager and wouldn’t admit to the fact that the front end of the vehicle had been damaged. He agreed they should have disclosed this during sale. I asked for the down payment back since I wanted nothing to do with the vehicle at this point. He said the vehicle had been off the market too long (roughly 1 week and a couple days) and there was nothing he could do since the loan was already established. He then promised to lower the loan amount to compensate for the hassle and put in writing that if something happened with the front they would take the car back no questions asked. I have yet to see there be anything to compensate them lower the loan amount nor him handing or mailing a letter stating what he gave his word to do.

Beware of shady dealings

This is the sixth time I have come back to this place, and because of that, I did what NOBODY should do. I trusted them. I found this car through an internet ad, with a price of $9,999. I just wanted a basic car that I could pay off soon. After wheeling and dealings ( my credit want that great, because everything was always in my husband’s name), there was a payment that I could afford. Mind you, I’ve been here multiple times, so I felt “comfortable”. The payments were high, but what was I going to do? The guy assured me if I was able to get a lower interest rate, the payments would go down. A little over a year later, something happened to my car, I brought it in, and service convinced me that it was wear and tear, so it was not covered under the “ full coverage” I opted for. I was shocked, so I started researching my cost, considering the fact that I still owed a nominal amount after over a year of payments. What I discovered was that the original price of $9,999 was marked up to $11,698! What in the world? I called and left several messages to finance, but they never called me back. Now my purge valve went out. I brought it in, THIS IS NOT covered; they quoted me at $400! I finally walked in to the sales area, and they tell me that I did not purchase a bumper to bumper. All that I COULD HAVE GOTTEN was a low level warranty, because it was a used car. I have NEVER gotten a low level warranty. UNBELIEVABLE! So, now, I still owe over 16K nearly two years later, the warranty won’t cover anything but MAJOR engine issues, and oh!!! It’s only a 24 month warranty, so it’s almost ! I have NEVER purchased something like that, ESPECIALLY for a used FORD. I walk in expecting to pay $9,999, and a little more for add ons, and I am STUCK with this car at a price that was altered without my knowledge, and a useless warranty I paid for, and I am unable to refinance because I am so far upside down, no one will touch it. I asked for all of my documentation, and they tried to talk me out of it, stating it will take longer than I want to wait, and that my file will not have everything I’m looking for. Of course it won’t! DO NOT GO HERE! From sales, to finance, to service, you will not be treated as if you matter. All that matters is their sales, and money money money, no matter how much you think your loyalty will do for you. BEWARE!!!!

DON'T WALK - RUN!!! Worst bait and switch game in the business. I was texting with Nick on Sunday and set up a time on Monday at 6:30 pm to go meet with him or his partner Mike to look at and test drive some cars and hopefully purchase one for my daughters 16th birthday. I had text him four vehicles that we wanted to look at. During the day on Monday, I found a few more interesting vehicles that we wanted to look at and took care of all of my financing, etc., so I was ready to go in and buy a car. I go into ABC Nissan and no one knows Nick. Then one genius finally asked if I was there for used or new and I said Used, so I was sent over to another building that appears to be a Lincoln dealership. Not like you could really tell the difference, both lots appeared to be used cars and if ABC Nissan lot was supposed to be new cars, it was Ford's so that was confusing. We go to the other building and ask for Nick and again, no one knows who I'm talking about. I said, "here are the text messages, if he isn't available I was told to ask for Mike." They leave me standing in the lobby for about 5 minutes before this idiot kid named Raffy or Scrappy or something like that, came up and said he would help us. I didn't like that at all because he couldn't enunciate his words and was barely audible so that was fun. He also had absolutely no clue what the xxxx he was doing. I showed him the list with all of the VIN numbers and Stock numbers that I wanted to see. He looked at me with a dumb blank stare and told me that all of the cars on the lot were "in my price range." Wouldn't have been able to tell anyway because NONE of them were marked in any form to be able to identify the price. I looked at the lot and NONE of the cars I had picked out to see where out there except for one. I then went to their website and showed him each of the vehicles that I wanted to see and he again gave me a dumb blank stare. He went in to get some "keys" for vehicles and on his way out, met another sales guy that gave him the keys to the one and only car that I saw on the lot that I was inquiring about. Other than that - NO OTHER KEYS! I confirmed with him that this was indeed the car on my list and he said it was so we took the car for a test drive and I said, this is it, we will take it. I pulled up the information for the e-price or whatever and it came to be $13,495.00. He came back 10 minutes later to say that the car we drove was not the car I was inquiring about and the cost of this care was $15,995. WHAT?!?!? So I pulled up the car again on their website and I said "then find me this car!!!" He left again and came back 10 minutes later to tell me that the car had a recall and was not on the lot yet. Okay, why in the xxxx is it online then!?!? It's not like I went in there with just one car picked out, I had at least 8 that I was interested in seeing and I was not shown any of them! Horrible experience all around. Now I'm trying to get the general manager and customer relations managers emails and those aren't able to be released, really? I wonder why? Stay far away from this place!!!

Trust me stay away!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before walking in. Worse experience.I felt like I was being hold hostage and forced to sing and deal that gave it to me up the xxx. I know it’s my fault for signing it but I was so under pressure and I wanted to leave so bad.

I just wanted everyone to know of the great experience I had with abc Nissan. I first emailed them telling them everything I needed to know along with the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Then Brett Tschannen contacted me on email and phone we worked out all the details and there was no pressure. I'm the type of person that doesn't like to spend hours at a car dealership and Brett Tschannen had everything set up the day I picked up my new Nissan Titan I was only at the dealership for a grand total of only 1 hour that was from the test drive all the paperwork and me driving off the lot. Edgar his assistant took care of me and the finace team was amazing. Its hard to write everything down that I would like to say but I will be back to buy my next vehicle from them used or new and will always recommend them. Keep up the great work abc Nissan and everyone out there give them a shoot you won't be disappointed. Sincerely, Jacob Gordon

We worked with Joseph and it was really bad experience for us! One of the worse car dealership I been so far! We made a deal over the phone with Joseph for out the door price. We came to ABC Nissan to test the car and close the deal! There were some issues with the car that we wanted to be fixed (missing sun visor clip and carpet clip) and he said it's not a problem. When we sit down with him, he gave us 4k over the price we agreed on the phone!! After 40 min they give us the price that we agreed on the phone and he wrote down that sun visor clip and carpet clip will be fixed and signed it, but they don't have parts now and he will call us when they arrived. In the finances, we had a really rude person. He was taking bad about the customers. Like every finances guy, he was "nice to sell warranty" and when we refuse it, he was not nice any more. It's funny that he can give you lower rate only if you take his warranty!! And in the end... AGAIN the price we agreed on was different then price on paper that we need to sign!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN THE LAST PAPER WITH PRICE OF THE CAR!!! It's 4 weeks that we bought the car. We never get a call from Joseph for our missing parts. so we texted him and call him but, no answer. This is my experience with this dealership and I know that ever person got different one... so just be careful! There is no point to send a email to GM, because he is not responding!
