Austin made the experience a breeze. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood the process and even followed up with me to check in. Everyone here from the sales to finance was extremely helpful and helped us understand the process and worked with us to get the best deal. Pésimo servicio, mi esposo firmo por un carro el año pasado a finales de octubre,el carro tenia un golpe en el cofre,dijeron que lo arreglarian ,pasaban los días y no le daban el carro,teníamos un viaje de familia y el tuvo que hablar para que le entregaran el carro,se lo entregaron ,el cofre mal pintado ,ni siquiera se veía del color ,según le arreglarian un polarizado que estaba dañado y no lo arreglaron,el carro ni siquiera la basura que traía de antiguos dueños oh si alguien de ahí lo uso,no fueron para limpiarlo, nos fuimos al viaje y el carro estaba tirando gasolina,estuvimos en peligro con mis hijos,el hablo para informarles y nomas lo tenían esperando y esperando ,pasandole a una y otra persona y no le resolvían nada,el les dijo voy a dejar el carro aqui,aquí, le dijeron no por favor, pregunte precio cuanto sale arreglar ,el caso que le dijeron que lo arreglara,el señor del taller le dijo que no aceptaba targeta y que no quería hacer tratos con abc por que duraban meses en pagar ,que mi esposo pagara en efectivo,pues ellos dijeron que estaba bien que si podía pagar y ellos le daban su dinero aqui,que trajera todos los papeles de lo que había gastado,pues bueno nos arruino nuestras vacaciones y ahorita van dos meses y no han respondido por el dinero, habla y habla y que como el manager renuncio que no saben con quien el tiene que hablar ,que van a ver el caso y le van a marcar,puras mentiras ni marcan ,no les importa,queremos recuperar ese dinero ,espero no caiga más gente en sus mentiras y en sus fraudes

Stay clear of this dealership. Their sales team is terrible! We did not even make it home and our taillight went out, it was weeks of calls/emails before they would fix it. They said they fixed the grill and it was botched fix that took weeks to have a new one ordered and installed. No one returns calls or cares about customer service or respect at that. When I did take it to get the grill and light installed one of their service people hit something and dented my wheel in multiple places. Of course they did not take responsibility for it either. Worst dealership to work with.
