1st car purchase
I bought a 2003 pathfinder from Gary, the listing was exactly as described with close to zero rust, (hard to come by for older Japanese cars). He was great to work with as he let me take my time looking at the car without feeling any pressure and gave me space to think. So far it’s been a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier with my first vehicle. For a close to 20 year old car for under five thousand, it has a couple of flaws but that’s is to be expected. I am really happy I went there even with the hour drive and would definitely go again and as always take your time to look at used cars. Gary is matter of fact and if you take the time he is very nice.
Thanks a lot Luc. Take care and enjoy your boating experience. Thank you!
Bougt a 2005 buick lacrosse
I brought a 2005 buick lacrosse, i had no issues with the car the customer service was great. I would strongly recommend buying a car from here again.
Looks good. Thanks for your review! We will do business again!
Very Happy with our vehicle
Very happy with our vehicle. Our family was purchasing a vehicles within 7 years from them. Yuriy and Gary are good friends of mine. Good, honest people are hard to come by anymore. Last time I visited their place and saw some ignorant people that I could not believe my eyes. Good luck Gary, You will need it. God Bless!
Thank you Rob. God Bless!
False Advertising!
First, if you google Great Auto Deals ( the name of this dealership on cars.com), KLC motors comes up. Me and my wife went to the dealership and called the number on the billboard. Some guy answered and told us we could check out the volvo and that the car was unlocked. When I open the door the mileage came up on the dash. Well the mileage said 162,000 miles. The advertisment on cars.com and FB is 132,000 miles. I shut the car door and walked away. Me and my wife checked out a few other cars on the lot, but the entire time we were their nobody came out to sell us a car. We were just their by ourselves. I dont even think the office was open. I just think that if someone comes to buy a car, a dealer should show up and try to sell a car.
Hi, thanks for your effort. It is a hard time for us to find a people who would work for the minimal wage and wait until someone might to show up for entertainment purpose. That's why we strongly suggest that you should call us first and then set up a time for a specific time. We understand, that you got upset that no one came running towards yourself to push you to look at the vehicle. We strongly believe that you "made up" a mileage concept since we always put a correct mileage for our vehicles. Thanks anyway.
Very unprofessional!
I found an SUV on Craigslist and sent a text asking if it was still available, considering a lot of people do not take down old listings. I then asked if they were available for me to come and look, as everyone does prior to making a purchase. I was met with “look or look and purchase” to which I replied that my ultimate goal was to purchase as long as there was nothing major wrong with the 18 y.o. car. Then it continued for a bit and went more downhill. Apparently from my 2 “silly questions” they had looked right through me and figured out that I was a deadbeat who had done no homework and was set out only to waste their time. Also they clarified that I have absolutely no respect for myself. It is my fault, I should have known that they would only sell the highest quality of vehicles and it was stupid of me to even think about looking before I gave them my money. I NEVER leave reviews but this was one of the dumbest interactions I’ve ever had with someone trying to sell something. Especially considering this is their chosen profession. I’d give negative stars if I could. Also, I am looking forward to their extremely cohesive, grammar forward response about respect, how I’m xxxx to be avoided and how a car with a warranty would suite me better. I have a feeling they put up this defense mechanism to avoid people that can easily detect their subpar mechanical abilities. One star for the making me look at my inner self.
Thanks for the review. To tell you the truth, I am not following your logic. You are welcome to purchase any car, I assume, Its ok. We can help. Thanks!
Great service
Overall, my experience was pleasurable. I purchased a car Nov 2020. I was assisted with the temp plate and title paperwork for PA. Later (due to Covid my Appointment at the dmv wasn’t until Feb 2021), I had to register in NJ ( my state of residence). I contacted the dealer for additional paperwork. He assisted, I was then able to register the car in my state of residence. The car has been running good with no issues thus far Mar 2021.
Satisfied Customer
I bought a 2003 Jeep GC from Great Auto and I am very please. Had one problem and they took care of it with no questions asked. The guys were very good to work with. I'd buy from them again.
Their listing stated "no codes", and "everything...
Their listing stated "no codes", and "everything working". Both were lies. There is one code for a sensor, the dash has several lights and gages not working. The drivers seat has broken parts. One headlight does not work. The rear window was taped shut so high up that I would have to have been 6'6" tall to see it. There may be more wrong with it but I will need to go to a shop to see. These guys lied and when I contacted them about it the stated "Nothing wrong with the car. Make a payment." I paid cash for it. CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS.

Bad attitude cost sale @ full price
What an xxxxxxx. I called to get information on a car and kept getting 1 word answers and he avoided my question when I asked about a carfax. Said, "What do you want, its a $3500 car!" I would have absolutely bought the car today, wired the cash and all and had it shipped. This guys attitude cost him a sale. What a shame.
I already told you that the car was serviced and good to go. You bother and waste my time regarding a supposedly half an inch tiny scratch. We can not send carfaxes since carfax does not not let us email the report due to copyright issues. We can not jeopardize our carfax account. If you need the carfax, you need to buy it yourself and not get upset since you want to save $10-$20. Yes, you lost your good buy. And also, you proposed to pay $1700 less without even looking at the car. People like you make the world sour! Grow Up!
