Disappointed. Sold the car to family member after we scheduled appointment to look at it.

I found this dealership on CarFax.com. They had a 2013 Cadillac ATS with low mileage on it, impeccable CarFax report with one owner, maintenance performed like clockwork and no accidents etcetera so I decided to buy it. I was assisted by Billy Bonifacio one of the sales managers. These guys were all great, I was there for about 2 hours completing all the paperwork so I was able to observe how they operate. They're a bunch of young go getter type guys, very knowledgeable about the used car business as I was able to ascertain by their interactions on the phone and in the office. I'm very happy with the car it's in great shape for a 2013 model but just to be safe I purchased what basically amounts to a bumper to bumper extended warranty from them with the total rolled into the monthly. Pretty much full coverage for an additional $150 or so per month which is worth it, it's a used luxury car so any major issue in the future means big $$$... They have some really nice cars on their lot so definitely give them a try if they treat you how I was treated you'll be happy. I even got a free t shirt lolol

I really love this place as soon as I walked through the doors everybody was so friendly and nice and made me feel welcomed. I had the pleasure of buying a car from Eddie and Michael help me it was a beautiful experience anyone that needs a car you can go there and they'll make you feel so comfortable and they have beautiful cars.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience and the car I purchased. Eddie and his team made sure that all went smooth. Thankful that they took care of the 4 recalls on vehicle and got me an oil change, too. AND they do all the paperwork to get the car registered (nobody wants to deal with DMV!). Communication was on point. No pressure. Price was right. Satisfied with the loan they got me approved for. 5-Stars for this family biz!!!

I am 47 years old and have purchased many new and used cars in my time. This dealership hands-down is the best and most honest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. 2 To Manny’s auto we’re upfront and honest with me as soon as I walked in the door. I traveled an hour and a half from where I live just to do business with them. This dealership saved me thousands on my purchase of a 2015 Honda Civic. I normally hate purchasing vehicles from used car dealerships because of my past history of purchasing cars from other dealerships that try to rip you off. I actually felt like I was Purchasing a vehicle from a family member not a used car dealer. Hands-down one of the best experiences of my life when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was straight up honest and did not give me the typical song and dance like most other used car salesman. This is a small family owned business that treat you like family when you walk in the door. They also have some of the best prices on the web. I actually thought it was too good to be true when I found this car on cars.com. I’m pretty hip to most scams that dealerships run like bait and switch and was hoping and praying I wasn’t driving an hour and a half each way for nothing. I am pleased to say that these guys truly delivered when it came to saving me thousands on my purchase. These guys definitely made a lifelong customer with me my wife and my daughter. In the future I will definitely purchase from them again and I hope anyone reading this goes to their facility to check them out and will feel the same way I do.

Bought a Lexus from 2Mannys, and was very happy. The process was really smooth, first email exchanges, then I came in person. There was none of the usual nonsense you find with used car dealers. They don't try to up-sell you or mislead about what they offer. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with the various staff.

I will have to say I passed this dealership daily and only till a friend recommended was when I decided to give it a try. First time I went in after talking for a few days on the phone I was welcomed with a smile and everyone Knew who I was. It had a family home feeling to it. They assisted me in everything and made this process so easy. I had to buy a car short notice for my son and they were absolutely wonderful.

After taking a day long tour of over 6 dealers i found my Lexus at 2Mannys and I couldn't have been more pleased. The whole process from test drive to financing to final purchase was handled with real professional care. Christian and the staff did their job with style. I traveled a good distance from Long Island City to make my deal and it was well worth the trip.
