I was able to sell my car here for a good price even though it had a few dents and scratches! I am super grateful to their staff for making it happen!
Well, I normally don't give bad reviews but I will especially because I was given the run around. I read some of the reviews and because of the one particular bad one I saw that the car wasn't even there was a red flag. 🚩 I spoke w the salesman Anthony about a BMW X5 on Thursday and the car was available according to him. So because of that review I called back yesterday late in the day and spoke with a female salesperson who advised the car was available then talked to Anthony again about the car also confirming it was there and available. I told Anthony I live in S Jersey (Gloucester Co) so that I didn't wanna drive almost two hours up there for nothing. Needless to say, I arrived there today as I said I would and guess what, the car wasn't there or available! 😡 I WILL NEVER DEAL W THIS BS PLACE AGAIN. Be warned when dealing w this dealership if your driving from far away. I would say even say Facetime and a video w the date and time proving the vehicle is there. I'm still steaming over this!!! Wasted my whole day!!
Setup for test drive when the car wasn't able to
You expect to be on guard when dealing with a used car dealership or any dealership in general, but this goes to a new level. The dealership and Denis KNEW what vehicle specifically I was coming in for and decided to omit anything being wrong with the car or the fact it wasn't even available for me to see all while scheduling my test drive. They just wanted me at the dealer in hopes of looking at something else. I don't ever bother with writing bad reviews when I have a bad experience at an establishment, I would rather just avoid giving them my business in the future, but in this case I hope this review will help others avoid a similar headache and waste of time. On 1/12/22 I reached out to the dealer inquiring about a 2020 Subaru WRX STI Series White they had listed for sale. On 1/13 I spoke with an associate Alex who confirmed that the specific car I was interested in (listed on cars.com and the dealers website) was in stock. I even provided the stock number from their website! Alex went as far as confirming the price and miles listed were accurate AND placed me on a brief hold to do a visual walk around as one of the online pictures showed what appeared to be a mark that I wanted to be sure wasn't damage because of the long drive I had to take to get to the dealer. On 1/14 I spoke with Jackie who said she was one of the floor managers and again confirmed the cars availability and placed me in touch with who she referred to as one of her "seasoned" sales associates Denis who would assist me with my test drive appointment on 1/15. Denis texted me the evening of 1/14 to confirm our appt on 1/15. I did all this in advance of heading to the dealer because I live 1 1/2 hrs away from the dealership. Being prepared to purchase the car if the test drive checked out, my wife wanted to be a part of the transaction and came along with our two young daughters. We got up early to make the 1 1/2 hr drive so we could arrive shortly after the dealership opened. Upon arrival I asked for Denis who meets me and immediately asks us to sit at his desk to fill out paperwork. He then proceeds to explain that the car is not back from servicing and won't be able to be viewed today....When I ask why I wasn't told this before (Denis and I texted this morning 1/15 before I hit the road) and the main point was to test drive that specific car he responded by saying he would speak to his manager on the situation. IT GETS BETTER! The manager than states that the car has been at the service department as was expected to be back yesterday, but they cannot get in touch with the service department or manager. The car has been grinding going into 3rd gear and they aren't sure what it is, if it's covered under warranty or something the dealership would have to pay to fix. That they wanted to be sure they were selling me a working car, yet they couldn't bother to tell me any of this prior to me coming down. Next comes the switch of the bait and switch.... they proceed to say they have other similar cars available I could look at. After I declined and said that was all Denis then asked if they one I wanted to see was a special edition....It's great to know the sales person knows the difference between a 1 of 500 limited edition vs a regular WRX. They knew the entire time my interest in that car, but decided let's not say anything and try to sell him something else upon arrival. Looking through all the reviews it appears others have had similar issues with the car they went for not even being at the dealer. USE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH THIS PLACE

I came in to trade in my car. The process was very fast. The sales rep who helped me gave me an option of taking home money or trading in a car for a different car in the same price range. I decided to get a new car and I am very happy with my decision!!
This dealership got so many Luxury cars, it was a great pleasure working with them. They made sure they put me in a nice mercedes benz with a good APR rate. Rico and the finance manager worked to the best of their knowledge and expertise!

Recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE Cayenne from here and had a great experience. The car itself was in immaculate condition and the sales rep gave us great service, quickly fixing the one small issue we found with the car before we came to pick it up. It was not at all serious, but they fixed it with no questions asked. My wife and I felt very well taken care of.
