My only stop when it comes to buying a Prius
I have purchased 3 Prius from Dan over the past 5 years. My wife and I fly out from Wyoming and drive our new car home. We have done this 3 times and I can attest that we have never had a problem with Dan's cars. We have never broken down, and for a 2000+ miles trip, we have never had any issues getting home. These guys take their time explaining any questions you may have, and are always clear and concise with their explanations. Dan knows his market, and he knows his product. Clear transparent pricing with no hidden fees also makes it an easy place to shop.
Best place if you are looking for a hybrid
Chris and Dan know their stuff regarding the ins and outs of the hybrid business. I came in with my wife looking for a Prius V and they were able to answer all of our questions. We have been shopping around for a month and this is the first dealership that could answer all of our questions. These guys know their product. They responded to all of our emails and were very professional. Best of all, this is the only place that didn't charge a documentation fee.
Nice people, not sure about car quality.
Went to check on a car after making an appointment with them. All interactions were very pleasant and email responses were prompt. When I went to check on the car to test drive, the tire light was on and the car did not smell nice (possibly reflected in the price of the car). I decided to pass. I would still consider a car there but it does make me question the upkeep of the vehicles.

The best low pressure shopping experience ever
These guys know their cars inside and out. Dan was able to direct me towards a Camry Hybrid that met my exact needs. He sent me to a local credit union for financing and the interest rate was 1.75% which is unheard of. From start to pickup the experience took a few hours with no hiccups. If you are looking for a simple, no hassle experience, this is the place to shop.

Best experience buying. No games and no hidden fees. The whole process was simple. I called to schedule an appointment an hour before I came. Test drove the car, asked some questions. I needed financing so Dan was able to refer me to a local credit union which gave me an interest rate below 2%. I was able to get the entire process done in a few hours. Truly an amazing experience.
Easiest car shopping experience.
Best experience buying from these guys. Dan was more than helpful and he gave my wife and I the space to freely shop. The price you see is the price you pay, which is amazing since they do not charge documentation fees. Very professional and laid back. A++
Great Family-Owned Dealership
I am a first-time car-buyer so I was totally clueless about the process. I am also not much of a tire-kicker and wanted a no-fuss way to pick out a car and get it on the road ASAP. As soon as I saw the perfect Prius for me online, I emailed the dealership. They got back to me right away and we made an appointment -- super easy! The dealership was a hike for me to get to but worth the drive. The sister of the owner assisted me, and let us take the car for a test drive without anyone accompanying us! They were also able to provide the carfax for free. While there was no wiggle-room for negotiation, the price seemed very fair for the car I was buying. Besides, I hate haggling, so that made things super easy. She baby-stepped me through the whole process. While they do not do loans on-site, she made a great recommendation for a bank that gave me a great interest rate. There was a delay with getting the check to the bank to the dealership, but the dealership was super understanding and very responsive to all my emails. In the end, everything worked out great, the dealership is very low-pressure, and I would totally recommend to anyone!
Very nice people, not typical dealership.
I visit several dealerships and most do not give me time of day since I speak broken English. I come to this dealership looking for Prius twice and I was greeted by Joy first time, and Dan 2nd visit. These people have different approach to selling and is very relaxed. They never ask me how much I looking to spend, but only how many miles or what kind of car is needed. I take my time, ask questions, and they make me feel comfortable. No games, and best part this was only dealership who did not charge documentation fee. Very nice and professional. Thank you.
Flew in from Minnesota to purchase a Prius
My wife and I have been searching for a Prius for a long time but it seemed like everyone just wanted more money than real value as they are extremely difficult to locate. We came across a 2007 Prius on cars.com and we saw one where the price actually made real sense. Anyways we called up the dealership thinking it was going to be a huge dealership and we stumbled upon Dan. Was I wrong, this was a small dealership and all they had were Priuses. Anyways back and forth on the phone for over a week, my wife and I decided to make a trip out to purchase the Prius. Dan was extremely thorough from his description of the car to how to get from the airport to his dealership. When we got there, the car we were interested in had been described in exact condition over the phone. We had no surprises except for when he took us to to his 2nd lot in Norwood which was quite a surprise. Nothing more than a parking lot full of Priuses. He had shown us all of the cars in our price range but we decided to purchase the original one we had sought. I just want to thank these guys for taking there time for providing quality service and making this experience very personable. You cannot go wrong here, as for a dealership there methods are a little awkward, no sharks to force you to buy, SPACE to breathe, and best of all no PRESSURE.
