Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend the dealership. The only thing I wasn't to happy about was they left the sticker on the side window and some sticky gluey stuff on the front drivers window.

WORST SALES DEPARTMENT I'VE SEEN...Showed interest in a specific car Tuesday to Internet Mgr Yvonne Debenedetto...left message for her and the Used Car Mgr Wednesday to try to come see the car. I also had random salesman said he'll have her assistant give me a call back in 10-15, 0 calls back...tried to expedite process and fill out credit application on their website Thursday morning (confirmation said received and someone will contact you shortly), noone did. I called 3 hrs later and the Used Car Mgr happened to answer the sales line. He had time to take sales calls, but not time to return my voicemail? I told I filled out the credit app, he said he will work on it, and will call me back in 10-15 mins. He never called back. I call again hours later, let Yvonne know my terrible experience so far and somehow she had no idea I submitted the application even though I emailed directly about having done so earlier. She said she'd have someone call me back. NOONE still called back...and this is from a customer with scores around 700...Friday comes, I call back AGAIN asking why I haven't been called back at all. Yvonne still cannot give me a good answer why not. She calls back hours later to say they weren't able to pull all of the scores because of 2 credit freezes, something that only takes 5 mins for me to undo. So I asked is the vehicle even still there. For some reason she had no idea what vehicle I was even interested in after 3 days of communication and her obvious generic automated emails. And of course the VEHICLE WAS SOLD the night before. They dropped the ball on the numerous buying signs I gave them and tried to blame it on me for having credit freezes and that they are a busy dealership. NOONE HAD 5 MINS TO PICKUP A PHONE AND CALL BACK A CREDIT APPLICANT ABOUT AN ISSUE REVIEWING CREDIT?? They took no responsibility for the 3 days of unreturned calls, poor communication, and terrible business practices of not even following up with an active buyer while they have a credit application right in front of them. If I didn't call back for the 15th time in 3 days, I'd never know that they couldn't pull credit or even that the car I wanted was gone. A complete waste of time...noone even asked if I had a trade in, was I putting any money down, why was I buying a car, or MORE IMPORTANTLY how they could fix their mistakes. Neither of these 2 employees did their jobs very well and definitely lost a ton of referrals as well from my business. I dont know who they sell cars to, but they CLEARLY did not want to sell one to me. I thought it was the car salespeople that are supposed to stalk the customers. NO CALLS BACK. NO CLASS. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO RESPECT. The Owner of this dealership should be ashamed. They dont even deserve the 1 ⭐ on this review
