Would recommend
Was lucky enough to buy a used one with a religious service record and the DCT issues repaired and it's fantastic. Great gas mileage, roomy up front, nice features, stellar looking exterior, handles like a dream and sticks to the road. Did have the common EVAP purge issue a week after having it, but that was a cheap fix.
Don't buy it
I purchased this vehicle in early March of this year, had it three weeks and the transmission went out. It has reoccurring transmission issues even after it's claimed to be fixed. I owned the titanium version and I loved all of the features. I was so sad to see it be such a bad car.
Love the car...figure out the transmission!!
This is the 3rd Focus I have owned. i was very familiar with transmission recalls but was willing to buy because so far prev vehs had been repaired. why now aren't both parts of transmission included in add-on warranty! Apparently i missed the fine print somewhere. THE CLUTCH STILL FAILS AND IS A SAFETY ISSUE!! And dealer won't fix it under warranty.
